After receiving a damaged bottle with only half the contents in it i spoke with customer services and they offered to send me another one for free, i received it quite quickly.

I recommend this product

Good for my kegel8 exercising

Initially I received a few few samples with a Kegel8 pelvic Toner and when I had used those I went back to order more. It is good to use, it does not stain and is not perfumed. It doesn't contain parabens and I will buy this again.

Excellent for use with Kegel Machine and as a lubricant/moisturiser

Having been through an early menopause due to chemotherapy I have been using the Kegel8 Vitality Ultra machine now for some time and it is fantastic, it really works. I used the kegel gel when I first got my machine but ran out and tried other similar products but they were no where near as good. The kegel gel is great for use with the machine, but also for use on a daily basis as a natural lubricant. The new pump style bottle is also much better. Highly recommended.

A little goes a LONG way!

I didn't think I needed this at first. I didn't use the free sample I received with my Kegel8. I used KYJelly thinking it would be just as good - after all it's water based - & cheaper - but a bit messy. Then one day I decided to try the free sample. I found it sticky & not as nice as the KY but it definitely increased the conductivity of the probe. I then received a 10% off offer from Stressnomore & decided to buy some. BIG difference - after I read the instructions! 'Apply a THIN layer to the probe' It worked brilliantly - no mess - & the bottle is going to last ages. So pleased I bought it. Buy some you wont regret it.
