Royal Mail Deliveries: Please note that Royal Mail can automatically apply their Safe Place delivery option as part of their standard service. This means your parcel may be left in a designated safe place if you are not available at the time of delivery. If you do not wish for your parcel to be left in a safe place, you must opt out of this option directly with Royal Mail via their website or delivery preferences. We are not responsible for parcels left in a safe place in accordance with Royal Mail’s delivery confirmation.
Please Note: Duties are not applicable for orders within Europe under €150.
Any customs or import duties are charged once your parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by you and we have no control over them. We put no indication of the contents on the outside of the parcel, however, if customs choose that your order is not permissible, the item(s) can be seized. Unfortunately in this case the cost of your order cannot be refunded.
We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure all address details are accurate before placing your order. If an order is submitted with an incorrect address and the parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, we will be unable to issue a refund.
For deliveries to business addresses, please make sure the business name is clearly stated and that someone is available to accept the parcel during business hours. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are delivered to a business address but are lost or misplaced after delivery confirmation.
