Standard Delivery:

When it comes to carriers, our preferred option is Royal Mail. The majority of items will be sent with their 48 tracked service (delivery 3-5 working days), unless otherwise specified. For your peace of mind all our items will be sent with tracking so you can easily keep an eye on your order. Higher value orders will require a signature of delivery. When picking UK Royal Mail 24 and 48 as the delivery method you will be given the opportunity to nominate a safe place as your preferred delivery location for when you are not at home. Same Day Dispatch:

Orders placed before 3.45pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day for all delivery options. Please note, we are closed on weekends.

Bank Holidays

Orders placed on bank holidays, or after 3.45pm the day before, will not be collected until the following working day, so please allow slightly longer for delivery.

Next Working Day Guaranteed and Saturday Delivery:

When you place your order before 3:45PM Monday to Friday and select DPD Next Business Day Delivery, we guarantee that your order will arrive on the next day.

If you want your order to arrive on Saturday, you must place your order before 3:45PM on a Friday and select DPD Next Business Day Delivery.

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive on the next day, contact us and we'll issue you with a full postage refund. However, please bear in mind that if you order something after 3:45PM on a Friday and choose next day delivery, your parcel will arrive on Tuesday.

Here at StressNoMore we understand that your privacy is extremely important.

This is why we use durable and discreet packaging. If your purchase is flat and light it will be bagged but most products are packed in boxes to give them the protection they deserve. We take extra special care when packing to preserve your privacy and conceal the contents of your purchase. The only thing that will appear on the label will be your address.

Overseas customers please note: Any customs or import duties are charged once your parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by you and we have no control over them. We put no indication of the contents on the outside of the parcel, however if customs choose that your order is not permissible, the item(s) can be seized. Unfortunately in this case the cost of your order cannot be refunded.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) For Our EU Customers

Because of Brexit, our EU customers were facing VAT & import duty charges on all orders. To counteract this, we have changed our carrier to DPD. As a result, we are able to pay any & all additional fees upfront. Simply select DPD Duty Paid and the price you see is the price you pay!

Variable Delivery Costs

Please note that the delivery cost will be calculated at the checkout if your order is being sent to Europe and is over 20kg or your order is being sent to the Rest of The World and is over 2kg.
