VAT bannerThe Kegel8 Ultra 20 is proven to make your kegels 50% more effective!

If you find you're no longer in complete control of your body it can be a devastating blow. Kegel8 understands the effect of a weak pelvic floor and pelvic floor dysfunction. If you are reading this you're probably already suspecting that your 'undercarriage' is not as strong as it used to be. Have no fear - Kegel8 is here to help whether bladder weakness holds you back from leaving the house for fear of an embarrassing moment, prolapse is dragging you down or a lack-lustre love life has left you less than breathless! We're here to tell you that the Kegel8 Ultra 20 Pelvic Toner can turn your life around in just 12 weeks.

Who will benefit from using the Kegel8 Ultra 20?

Kegel8 Clinically Proven for a stronger pelvic floor

You will of course! A weak pelvic floor isn’t an inevitable part of ageing and it isn't an inevitable part of being a Mum. It certainly should not be acceptable to put up with the symptoms of a weak pelvic floor! Do you recognise these signs of a weak pelvic floor?

  • Bladder leaks
  • Uncontrollable wind
  • Constipation and straining to poo
  • Tampons fall out
  • Love life is lack-lustre
  • Lower back ache
  • Bulging 'pot belly'
  • Prolapse

In just 12 weeks of using the Kegel8 Ultra 20 you could be rid of those embarrassing accidents. You'll also be enjoying a better love life and benefitting from a stronger back, ache-free hips and a flatter tummy!

Bladder weakness & incontinence - why you shouldn't just 'pad' the problem!

Incontinence Treatment with Kegel8 Ultra 20 pelvic toner

We may call them ‘laughter leaks’ but it’s no laughing matter. Many of us experience the odd leak here and there, particularly if we laugh, cough, sneeze or jump, but that doesn’t mean we should accept it as inevitable.

It is estimated that 3-6 million people in the UK suffer from some form of incontinence, whether it be urge incontinence, stress incontinence or an over-active bladder.

A huge 25-30% of women aged between 45 and 65 are thought to make up this statistic.

Do you go to the toilet more than 8 times a day? If so, this could be an indication that you are one of them. Don’t ignore the signs, do something today.

Panty liner manufacturers tell women that it its OK to have a 'sensitive bladder' however, we're here to tell you that there is no such thing! Pelvic floor weakness, wetting yourself, and laughter leaks are all actually medically classed as incontinence. It's a powerful word no women wants to use, let alone admit to suffering from.

Pelvic Pain

Pelvic pain can be debilitating but Kegel8 have taken time to find a natural solution that works – no drugs, no drowsiness, just comfortable, effective pelvic pain relief.

The Kegel8 Ultra 20 offers a natural pain relief programme which works to block the pain signals being sent to the brain - this in turn stimulates the release of endorphins, the body’s natural pain killer. This pelvic pain programme can also be used to relax ‘locked’ or tight pelvic floor muscles.

This treatment is so easy to use and can be applied externally to the body using skin electrodes if the user prefers not to use a vaginal probe..

Pelvic organ prolapse - when your pelvic organs fall down, Kegel8 Ultra 20 can help!

A shocking 1 in 2 women over the age of 50 will suffer some form of prolapse – that’s when pelvic organs descend into the vagina because the pelvic floor muscles are too weak to hold them in place. There is, however, medical evidence that suggests pelvic floor exercises will actually help improve the symptoms and can even stop a prolapse from worsening.

Kegel8 Ultra 20 has helped many women to 'manage' their prolapse. That is to stop it getting worse so they are able to avoid major surgery, and to stop further prolapses from occurring. Sadly when women have prolapse surgery 1 in 4 of them will have to have the surgery repeated, and many have complications. By strengthening the pelvic floor you are giving your pelvic organs, bladder, vagina and bowel the support they need to function correctly and not cause you embarrassment.

Has your love-life losts it's 'O' factor?

Are things feeling ‘different’ lately?

Well, if it’s sensation that you're lacking, the chances are you’re not the only one. There is a direct correlation between your pelvic floor strength and sexual sensation – if your muscles are weak, you won’t feel it; and if you don’t feel it, you won’t orgasm. And it’s not just you; if your muscles are weak, he won’t feel it either and may find it difficult to maintain his erection. The Kegel8 Ultra 20 can change all this and have your relationship blooming like never before.

Kegel ExercisesHow does Kegel8 work?

The Kegel8 Ultra 20 uses neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) and electrical nerve stimulation. This means light electrical impulses are introduced to the body via a probe or skin electrodes, which then stimulates a contraction within the pelvic floor muscles. These contractions exercise the muscles, building strength and tone.

Did you know?

Exercising your pelvic floor muscles by performing manual kegels will target 40% of the pelvic floor muscle group; exercising with Kegel8 will reach an impressive 90% of the muscle group!

What you get with the Kegel8 Ultra 20 Pelvic Toner

Kegel8 controller unit:  With 20 pre-set programmes to target pelvic floor dysfunction, sensation, pain and more.

Kegel8 Glide Gold Vaginal probe:  A nickel-free gold probe for optimum results without the risk of allergy to nickel (10% of women are nickel intolerant)

Skin electrodes: Kegel8 is the only home-use pelvic floor toner that can be used with outside stimulation with clinically proven results. Perfect if you don’t want to use a probe.

Warranty: Manufacturers 2 year warranty, and as many free advice calls to the Kegel8 helpline as you need!

Three ways to use the Kegel8 Ultra 20

1. You can use the Kegel8 Ultra 20 with a vaginal probe to get deep into the muscle bed for effective pelvic floor toning.

2. Kegel8 Ultra 20 is the only electronic pelvic toner designed for home-use that offers the option of tibial stimulation - skin electrode pads positioned on your ankle, delivering stimulation along the tibial nerve. Perfect if you'd rather not use a probe or are unable to.

3. In the same way as delivering tibial nerve stimulation, the Kegel8 Ultra 20 can be programmed to deliver sacral nerve stimulation - for this, skin electrode pads are placed at the base of the spine.

Medically certified, but who shouldn't use this Pelvic toner?

A number of clinical studies have been undertaken to ensure the efficiency of the Kegel8 programmes. These clinical studies have verified the Kegel8 as an effective treatment/prevention for pelvic floor dysfunction and the associated symptoms.

Please note that you should not use the Kegel8 Ultra 20 unless advised to do so and under medical supervision if:

  • you are currently pregnant,
  • have a pacemaker fitted
  • or have any form of pelvic cancer,

Prolpase remedy for me Review by Margaret S
Product Rating
I had seen this advertised on TV many times and when I was diagnosed with a prolapse (bladder) at the end of last year I knew that I should not avoid the issue any more. I think I am like many women who kust put up with the leaks and the inconvenience of the occasional accident, and quite frankly just put it down to age and 'one of those things'.
When I went for a smear in Nov 2014 the nurse said she felt a bulge and thought it was a prolapse. I was referred but because of my job (I am a carer) I was unable to go to Physio appointments at my hospital (they gave me a series of 6 and it took me 1 1/2 hours to get to the hospital one day - I can't afford to miss my work and clients my employer makes it very difficult for me). A friend recommended the Kegel8 to me as she had one and was getting great results. Initially I was sceptical, because I had tried kegel exercises, in-between all my appointments I was doing my exercises as I travelled in my car, but it just didn't seem to make any difference, the bulge was still there, I still had accidents and I still felt lose.
I started using this in February of this year and I have completed my 12 weeks - but then I continued and it just seems to get better and better. I feel a slight bulge now, but nothing like I did before, I have also lost some weight which I now know is really important.
All in all the advice and help offered has been a great help to me, I have learned more about my pelvic floor since my prolapse and how to take more care of myself, especially in my carers role. I am delighted I purchased this and so impressed that it has worked for me, my Mum had a hysterectomy at 44 and as I was the same age when the prolapse happened I did not want to go the same route as it was nothing but a problem for her.
I hope this review helps other women who are facing the same dilemma as I did, because a prolapse is that last thing any woman wants and I just felt that I was too young to be consigned to the scrap heap with falling out bits! (Posted on 25 June 2015)

The Best Spent Money In Years! Review by Anna
Product Rating
If you are still in doubt - don't, this little machine makes miracles! I don't have a prolapse or any major pelvic floor health issues, but after the birth of my child nearly 4 years ago my sex life has never been the same.. 50 hours labour did its job and my pelvic floor muscles were extremely weak, I was wetting myself sneezing, jumping jacks were my biggest nightmare, and not a single orgasm since before pregnancy times.

I didnt believe this device makes wonders, but then I thought I will give it a go, maximum I will lose if it doesn't make difference is money. And now 3 weeks into using kegel8 my sexual life is better than they have ever been and my god, orgasms are so strong!!! Therefore I strongly recommend it to every woman, you will never regret buying it!!! (Posted on 30 October 2015)

Recommended by NHS Physiotherapist - very efficient Review by Laura J
Product Rating
I am 38 and have a uterine prolapse, 2nd grade and have been through the mill of the NHS, finally finding an excellent Physio. Most have been very helpful, it was whilst at a recent clinic that I was given one of these machines to use. It has revolutionised my treatment and I have recorded great results. After my physio I deceided to carry on and bought one, i opted for this one with two probes, I think if I were to buy again I would buy the kegal8 Ultra Stimulator and one of the gold probes - seems that lots of people are singing their praises here. I shall get one of those when I purchase a new probe in the future.
Am so pleased at last that I have found a solution and delighted that my Physio introduced me to it. I don't have a follow up appointment with my Physio because my treatment is complete, but I had already recorded significant improvement on their measuring equipment. It seems unfortunate that more women cannot get access to machine like these because the Physio said they only have 2 in their whole department with a waiting list of over 6 months to get to see one of them. Excellent Review by DawnieG

I found that I was leaking small amounts of poo, it was devastating as I had no idea and couldn't feel it. I have used this for 3 weeks and there is noticeable improvement. The telephone helpline was very useful and the staff were patient and friendly with all my questions.
I highly recommend this to other women like me who have accidents like this, it was demoralising, but improvement has been swift. I am 56 and have 4 grown children and am nearly a Grandma. (Posted on 14 October 2015)

Cannot recommend this highly enough. Review by KC
Product Rating
I am 19 and when I started to wet myself laughing and running I knew I had to do something. My Mum has suffered for years and I knew it was not normal. We bought one together and she used it for 12 weeks and I used it for 8 weeks and I have no more leaks. Amazing machine, easy to use, just had to buy another probe.
Cannot recommend this highly enough. (Posted on 1 April 2015)

I used this twice a day for 4 weeks and I have not had to wear a pad or protection since Review by Amanda Fields
Product Rating
Initially I bought an Alva Pelvic Exerciser from Amazon, it was a great disappointment with a big clunky probe and a touch screen that needed more than a woman's touch! I managed to get a refund on the unit (threw away the probe) and I replaced it with this. Have not looked back. Amazing results. (It is easy to use, I find it does not irritate my interstitial cystitis which I have from time to time and was set-off/aggravated by the Alva)
I used this twice a day for 4 weeks and I have not had to wear a pad or protection since, I am delighted because as a teacher I cannot keep running out of the classroom to go to the loo. My husband noticed within a few weeks and I have noticed a increase in response in 'that' way which is a real bonus and not the primary reason for purchase - but everything helps. I bought this and saved the vat which was good because when I bought the other pelvic toner off Amazon I didn't get my vat back.
Delighted with this - highly recommended. (Posted on 21 May 2013)

Six weeks and counting.... Review by Jonty
Product Rating
Six weeks in and there is real improvement. I use the pelvic exercise programme 3 and 4 on alternate days. After speaking with the helpline (very helpful) I also purchased a prolapse probe which is more comfortable for me. It would be nice to be able to pick your probe when purchasing the unit but they said they didn't want to confused buyers and you don't know the probe for you until you have used the machine a while, which I can see is a valid point.
I am exercising regularly with this and I intend to make 2016 so much better than this year and get rid of the pads. Not worn a pad for 2 weeks now so I am well on the way to it paying for itself! (Posted on 13 December 2015)

I AM A CONVERT 100% Review by Kitty9
Product Rating
TRIED A FEW DIFFERENT PELVIC EXERCISERS AND FINALLY LANDED ON THIS. i HAVE USED THIS FOR 3 WEEKS NOW AND i AM DELIGHTED WITH THE IMPROVEMENT. i TRIED THE LELO LUNA BALLS AND THEY WERE OK BUT I WAS NOT SURE HOW EFFECTIVE AND AFTER USING THIS I REALISE THEY PROBABLY WEREN'T.
i HAVE BEEN USING PROGRAMME 3 AND PROGRAMME 4 AND I HAVE BEEN VERY DILIGENT AND REGULAR AND IT IS PAYING OFF. I DIDN'T PURCHASE THIS INITIALLY BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WAS EXPENSIVE AND THAT SOME OF THE CHEAPER MODELS WOULD GET MY PELVIC FLOOR TIGHTER BUT I WAS WRONG AND THE OLD ADAGE OF 'YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR' IS CERTAINLY TRUE HERE. I AM A CONVERT 100% (Posted on 5 February 2015)

Excellent to use Review by Marjorie
Product Rating
Having had a weak pelvic floor for years I initially uses another device (Neurotrac continence) it was useful and did the job. However when I was diagnosed with a prolapse I needed something stronger and I purchased this in November 2014 - I used it religiously over Christmas, twice a day and I can feel an amazing improvement. My prolapse bulge is not dragging down, and there is real improvement. I used it twice a day for 12 weeks and I said I would write a review if it made a noticeable improvement so here I am. Delighted, and determined that I can keep my insides where they should be.
Hurrah for Kegel8 (Posted on 21 January 2015)

Product Questions

Hi
I have recently purchased the Kegal8 Ultra 20 due to having a mild prolapse 2 years ago following childbirth. Day to day it is fine, but when exercising or having a cough it is made worse.
I have been able to progress from the sensitivity programmes very quickly and have opted for progamme 14, however can only complete the exercise once a day rather than the recommended twice.
Does this mean that it will take longer for me to notice any results or can I do anything else to keep on track - such as extending the exercise time etc?
Kind Regards
Kirsty

I've bee following the programme for severe damage post birth as it's really severe since I've given birth 1 year ago. I wanted to know, Can I try the program 15 on the 90 Ma the maximum ? I used the Athena machine but I think it's broken as I can't feel the current anymore and it looks like they've gone out of business so I need to try something else.

I just need it for stress incontinence (I think that's the one when you have problems with slight leakage) and as my mother has incontinence issues I want to ensure I don't. I

Could you please advise the best machine for me. I have never had children and am very small. The probes confuse me and some look wide and others long (although it sounds like they are adjustable).

Also what's your packaging like? Don't want it delivered to my office if it has writing all over the package :)

Thanks very much.

Hi there,

I have just purchased Kegel8 ultra 20 due to mild prolapse after the birth of my three boys over last six years. I understand that program 14 is supposedly the right one for me?
Also, what's the sensitivity test about i.e. how long am I supposed to keep doing it or is it just a test to see if I can feel anything? Did it once and then moved on to program 14 right away, is that okay?
Another thing - I am not able to use the Kegel8 twice a day, simply no time in the morning. Will it take me longer to notice any progress then? I understand I'm not supposed to do two rounds back to back?
A final question for now - can you confirm how deep am I supposed to insert the probe? If the wire end is supposed to stick out then it's just a bit uncomfortable really.
Many thanks in advance.

I had my first baby a year ago and have started to get back into my running again. However, my bladder always seems full when I run and even when I go to the toilet just before a run, I still leak. I've also noticed that I need to use the toilet more frequently and as a result I'm becoming more and more worried about embarrassing leaks during the day.
Do you think the Ultra 20 machine will be able to help me?
Many thanks,

Hi,
I've had two babies, the 1st one was very large and I was pushing in labour for a long time, he ended up with shoulders being stuck. The second baby was an emergency section.
I'm now left with a heavy aching feeling in my vagina before and during a period and if Ive been on my feet all day. I play netball and run but have to wear a pad for leakage. Sex life is nonexistent as there's little feeling there!
I can't see a prolapse but it all feels very slack down there and simetimes like the insides are rubbing together and that they are hanging out, that's the back and front btw( sorry

I've just received and begun using the Kegel8 ultra and am unsure about how long you need to keep using the improved sensitivity programme (Po2)

If you experience the described sensations at the recommended power during this, is it still required that you use this programme twice a day for 4 weeks?
2 hours a day for 4 weeks seems a lot to me!

Hi, I just submitted an email but failed to provide sufficient information about my condition. I am 80 years old, living in the US and have been diagnosed with severe pelvic floor prolapse involves all 3 organs. Fortunately, I am continent of urine just have some difficulty in getting started. Constipation is mild usually corrected with diet modification.
I need surgery according to my GYN MD, but I try to avoid it as long I could. Fortunately I found your product which have favorable reviews by the US users. I would like to know if the device could be of any help for my case, advance prolapse. I am in fair good health, exercise regularly. I did not give multiple birth. The cause of my prolapse is due to lifting.
1. Could you kindly inform me if the device would be of help for my condition? If yes,
2. Which device is most appropriate?
3. Is it refundable?
4. Since I live the US, what would be the best way to purchase the device?
Finally, could this device purchased in the US. Thank you in advance. Kay

I have recently been diagnosed with a prolapsed bladder. The doctor said it is not bad enough for an operation at the moment.

I want to try a non-surgical way to improve the situation. I am trying pelvic floor exercises without any aid and it does seem to be helping, so I think that one of your products could be of benefit to me.

At the moment I am in Spain, returning to UK in November. Please will you let me know what you recommend and the total price?

Also, do you have a telephone number if I would like to discuss it with you?

Many thanks, Ella

Hi, I hope this message will reach you since I live in the United States. I have a severe form of pelvic floor prolapse, cystocle, uterus and a mild case of rectocele. I am trying to avoid surgery as long as I could.
My question is this, could this device be used for treating severe pelvice floor prolapse? Is it refundable? What is your return policy. Thanks for your response in advance.
Sincerely, Kay

I wonder why the Aquaflex 'weight-tampons- cannot be used when you have a minor prolapse.
As for the Kegel8; I do not quite understand how this works. Is there an instruction video or sthing?
Kind Regards, Elisa, Holland

Hi, I am using kegel8 for more than a year now agaist the vaginal prolapse. It works! I use it every night before I go to bed.
However on a negative side two polyps were lately found in my uterus and at the cervix.
Can kegel8 be the cause of them?
I did not have any polyps before I started using the appliance and I am now afraid to usd it.. Please advise ,
Thanks
