Strengthen your pelvic floor with the most advanced, clinically proven pelvic floor exerciser on the market today
The Kegel8 Ultra 20 is the new, upgraded version of the best-seling pelvic floor exerciser on the market, the Kegel8 Ultra. The most advanced device of its kind, Kegel8 Ultra 20 features 20 clinically-proven programmes to prevent and treat a wide range of pelvic floor weakness, including stress incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, lack of intimate sensation and more.
Kegel8 Ultra 20 takes the guesswork out of choosing which pelvic toner is right for you. The Kegel8 Ultra 20’s programmes are designed to strengthen your pelvic floor in just minutes a day, in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Each of the programmes is designed in conjunction with the latest clinical findings and each works in a different way to target your pelvic floor muscles in such a way to treat your particular area of weakness.
What sets Kegel8 Ultra 20 apart from the rest is the fact that it can be used with either a probe or skin electrodes. The Kegel8 Ultra 20 includes a Kegel8 Nickel-Free Gold Probe that’s suitable for use by people with nickel allergies, and also skin electrodes. Skin electrodes are particularly good for overactive bladder where they can be used on the ankle for tibial nerve stimulation, and also for pelvic pain, including period pain and vaginismus when placed on the abdomen or back.
Pelvic floor exercises are difficult to do, and they’re even harder to do correctly. It’s difficult to know whether you are working the correct muscles, and then because we don’t see results straight away, it’s easy to give up. The Kegel8 Ultra 20 works using electronic muscle stimulation (EMS) to target deep within your muscles and works in just minutes a day, and when used once or twice per day over a 12 week period, you will notice a marked difference in your pelvic floor strength.

- It seems good but got my fingers crossed Review by Diane
Please keep at it, and work with other lifestyle changes too such as Posture, Vitamin D3, no high impact exercise etc. The periform is great and because it uses both channel is doubly powerful. You say you are in pain - have you thought about using a pessary? This can help to support the prolapse and take the strain off the muscles as you are exercising them? Have a look at the pessary section on our sister site http://www.stressnomore.co.uk/pelvic-floor/pessary.html
