As women, not only do we find it difficult to prioritise our own wellbeing, oftentimes we are too busy to allocate any time to it. These unique vaginal dilators are made from soft, pliable silicone that is comfortable to wear, they are innovatively shaped to remain in place, and they have a grooved channel for easy lubrication. So, you can go about your day-to-day activities whilst prioritising your wellbeing and without excluding yourself from family time! You can even wear them at night time as you sleep, if preferred.

How to use:

Starting with the smallest dilator in the kit, fill the well of the lubricant delivery system with the Kegel8® Dilator Gel provided or, alternatively, your own medicated gel. This unique system will evenly distribute the gel through the channels to ensure the dilator is well lubricated for use.

Sit in a reclining position with your knees slightly apart. This is the most comfortable and natural position for insertion when using the lubricant delivery system. Control your breathing, relax, and begin the inserting process.

Gently insert the dilator into the vagina similarly to how you would insert a tampon. Do not force the dilator in, just insert it to a depth that is comfortable for you.

Go about your normal routine! Alternatively, once comfortable, move the dilator left to right and vice versa for 5-10 minutes. Completely unique in design and material, you can even sit comfortably on your vaginal dilator if this is your preferred method of treatment.

Dilation therapy is recommended 5-6 times a week for between 5-20 minutes. Gradually increase the size of the dilator used. When you can insert the dilator fully so the base is flush with the vagina opening without any discomfort, you are ready to move on the larger size.

Gently remove the dilator by moving it from side to side and using the flared base.

Clean with the included Kegel8® Cleaning Spray or mild soap and warm water. Then, let air dry or blot dry with a paper towel.
