Disclosure: I was approached to review by StreeNoMore as I had previously purchased a similar device. I was asked if I would like to review and evaluate, which I am happy to do so.
I am a 37 years old woman, early menopause at 32 after the birth of my 2nd daughter so Ive had my fair share of hormonal interventions which I am trying to handle as naturally as possible. However for me the early menopause meant that I had the pelvic floor of a 50 year old and all the associated leaks, laxity and loss of libido. Not what I expected as a young mum. In all of the menopausal symptoms I have had to endure I think the vaginal olaxity, loss of intimate sensation and libido has been the most debilitating for me and my marriage (Weare hanging in there). I have made a concerted effort to strengthen my pelvic floor and restore the natural lubrication and sensation. I feel very positive about the improvements I have gained along the way - especially after reading some sad and traumatic stories from women going through similar earluyy menopause, and the non-early variety too! I wanted to avoid hormones. Ive tried electronic pelvic toners, they were brilliant and leaking is not a problem, but the lack of lubrication, on a delay basis as well as love making was troubling me. My GP recommended lubes which are good, but I can tell you that when you hit full on vaginal atrophy the pain associated with the dryness is overwhelmoinbg. This is my main reason for trying this.
I am 4 weeks in with the Vivify toner and on the realistic scale this is early days. The unit is easy to use and operate, Ive only recharged it a couple of times. It is very smooth and comfortable to use - essential if you have atrophy because inserting anything can make me wince.
I have noticed a more pinkish Colour to my labia which I think is an indication of improved circulation. I also use the vibrational part to practice my Kegel8 squeezes as this is supposed to improve the tone and firmness of the muscles.
However the biggest improvement has been in my daily comfort. Previously I would have to use a daily oily lubricant. I use V Magic as it is natural (Bees wax) and adds a moisture layer. I’ve tried premeno pessaries but at 5ml per pessary there is usually a ‘gush’ of lubricant that doesn’t get absorbed that can stain underwear and even trousers. Oily stains do not launder well out of trousers. However I don’t have to use a lubricant daily, only every few days and for lovemaking. The improved outward appearance of my labia is, I feel, a reflection of what’s going on inside on the vaginal walls which are more comfortable on a daily basis. This is refreshing and I will continue to use the Vivify and report back at 3 months as I feel this will give a more accurate reflection of improvement. I’m delighted, I use it while I sit and read in bed on an evening, its been a life changer for me in the personal comfort stakes and my pelvic floor has never felt better.

Comfortable to use, I was recommended this riot to my vaginal hysterectomy as a ay to prepare for the operation and increase circulation for faster healing. I went back to using his 3 weeks post surgery and I have used it since. I have not suffered the vaginal dryness I used to have, my pelvic area feels so much fitter and 2 months post surgery our love life is bask on track. Very patient hubby and I wouldn't wish what I have gone through on anyone. I do feel this light therapy has helped with my personal health and I feel that my recovery was quicker because I could use this at home. Consultant delighted and quite interested with light therapy for improving his outcomes! One side effect of the improved circulation has also been the return of intimate sensation, I had found orgasms to be increasingly elusive too but this sensation has returned. I’m not taking HRT but I do supplement with Vit D, C, Collagen and Magnesium and using red lights to treat inner muscles should be championed more. Absolute benefits here. Wouldn't be without this.

I could hardly insert the when I received it as my atrophy was so bad. I used the gel and persevered and I can say that 6 weeks later I feel so much more comfortable and natural again. I have used oestrogen with the vaginal atrophy, but after a breast cancer scare wanted to avoid all unnatural hormones, or any hormone disruptor. I used natural oils, but I definitely needed extra help. I looked at this and another item, but decided on this after calling and asking for advice.
Delivery was prompt and I got started straight away. It is quick and easy to use and as soon as I got used to it its been great. I feel very positive about the results and do much more comfortable. In still need a good lube when I make love, but daily comfort is restored and I just feel more sensation too.
I’ll certainly carry on using this as it really has helped me.

Am trying this as I get recurring BV, and I have read online about clinical trials using LED light therapy to combat the odour and discomfort from BV. My GP will not prescribe antibiotics and I desperate for a solution that will last. It clears for a few weeks then it is back again, tried most things out there from soaked tampons in natural yogurt to prescription medications. I am 3 weeks into using this. It is nice to use, comfortable and very straightforward.
I will report back after 2 months (purchase was made end August 2019)
