This multi-purpose device can help to train muscles to improve endurance performance and help to rehabilitate muscles which have become weakened due to injury. With 3 sports training modes (warm-up, train and cool down) it acts like your own personal trainer to help you get the best out of your muscle tone.

As well as this, it can be used to help support the strengthening of specific muscle groups, which notonly is good for injury rehabilitation, but also effective in helping you achieve changes to body proportions if you wish.

TensCare Sports is a TENS machine too, so it can help to relieve pain that occurs as a result of injury, strains or simply overwork after intense workouts. TENS is a popular alternative to pain relief medications, which can cause drowsiness and other side effects. TensCare Sports TENS 2 also has programmes designed to massage, which is ideal for relaxing and resting muscles after exercise to prevent aches and stiffness later on. It even has a massage programme designed to relieve swollen legs and varicose veins.

TensCare Sports has nine preset 3-step EMS programmes, each one with settings for large, medium and small muscle groups, plus 2 customisable programmes that you or your physiotherapist can set up for tailor-made treatment. It also has 10 preset massage programmes and 10 preset TENS programmes, plus 2 adjustable TENS programmes for your own personal pain relief treatment. Since it has 2 independent channels, you can cover a larger surface area if you wish or use a combination of TENS and EMS if you wish.

The device comes with a Li-Ion mobile phone style battery which makes it lightweight and compact. It comes with an external charger, plus a set of 4 self-adhesive electrodes.
