SRC Recovery Mini Shorts: Evidence-Based Postpartum Support for Motherhood

SRC Recovery Mini Shorts offer essential postpartum support and pain relief after both c-sections and vaginal deliveries, promoting easier movement in the days following birth. Just as pregnancy challenges your body like a high-endurance sport, speeding up your recovery after delivery is key to a healthier postpartum journey for you and your family.

How SRC Recovery Mini Shorts Help

These garments are designed to aid in the recovery of:

  • Caesarean Wounds
  • Perineal Wounds
  • Episiotomy Wounds
  • Abdominal Muscle Separation (Diastasis Rectus Abdominis Muscle - DRAM)
  • Low Back Pain

Crafted with anti-chafing fabric and developed in consultation with an obstetrician, SRC Recovery Mini Shorts prioritize comfort and functionality, providing the ultimate in support to help you heal safely and regain mobility post-delivery.

Why Choose SRC Recovery Mini Shorts over Postpartum Belly Bands or Maternity Wraps?

SRC Recovery Mini Shorts are superior to postpartum belly bands as they provide support for multiple conditions, ensure greater comfort, and can be worn for extended periods, which boosts their effectiveness. Belly bands, on the other hand, can lead to muscle deactivation if tightened too much and should only be worn for short durations of 2-3 hours. SRC Recovery Mini Shorts encourage ongoing muscle activation and aid in consistent healing.

Choose SRC Recovery Mini Shorts for a smoother, more comfortable postpartum recovery journey.
