Super-safe and Sturdy Bed and Chair Raisers to Help with Standing Up and Sitting Down

At some point in our lives we all make that sound when getting up off the couch, you know the one – it lets those around you know: ‘crikey, that was hard work!’. In our younger years it’s normally due to muscle fatigue from exercise, pregnancy or perhaps injury. Couches and beds that are low down can make life difficult if you’re not as mobile as you used to be, getting off them can take a lot of effort and put unnecessary strain on your body. Using chair or bed raisers totally eliminates this issue and allows you to sit down and stand up with ease and unaided. They give independence back to people who can’t get up without help and let them sit down gracefully rather than falling in to their bed or chair.

These raisers will accommodate any chair or bed leg up to 6.5cm (2.8inches) in diameter and have a maximum weight bearing of 31 stone when all 4 are used together. They can raise your bed or chair approximately 13-15cm ( 6 inches higher) higher which will give ample height to make sitting down and standing up so much easier.

The base of the cones safely flares for added stability and measures 14.2cm (5.10 inches) in diameter.

We also have a set of 4 chair raisers that can raise your chair by 8cm. The chair raisers have a smaller opening in the top to accommodate legs up to 6cm wide and the base is narrower, making them a little more discreet if you prefer.
