Strengthen Your Pelvic Floor with KegelFlex Pelvic Floor Weights
At StressNoMore, we’ve specialised in pelvic floor rehabilitation for over 25 years. KegelFlex Pelvic Floor Weights are the modern evolution of the long-standing AquaFlex Cones, offering a clinically designed, progressive system to support pelvic floor muscle strengthening safely and effectively.
Designed for women who want to improve pelvic floor strength, control, and confidence, KegelFlex provides a structured way to train these important muscles at your own pace.
Why Pelvic Floor Strength Matters
The pelvic floor muscles play a vital role in supporting the bladder, bowel and pelvic organs. Factors such as pregnancy, childbirth, ageing, hormonal changes, and surgery can weaken these muscles over time.
Targeted pelvic floor training can help support:
-
Improved bladder and bowel control
-
Reduced stress incontinence and leakage
-
Better pelvic organ support
-
Increased pelvic muscle awareness and control
A stronger pelvic floor can make a meaningful difference to everyday comfort and confidence.
Progressive, Weight-Based Pelvic Floor Training
KegelFlex Pelvic Floor Weights are also known as vaginal weights or vaginal cones. They form a medically approved Kegel exercise system, using gentle resistance to help you engage and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles correctly.
The weights give your muscles something to contract around, helping you feel when you are engaging the right muscles. As with resistance training elsewhere in the body, gradual increases in weight help support progressive strength gains over time.
With 15 training levels and two core sizes, KegelFlex allows for a comfortable, personalised fit and a gradual increase in difficulty as your pelvic floor strength improves.
Simple, Effective & Easy to Use
Pelvic floor training doesn’t need to be complicated. Just a few minutes a day can support long-term improvement when performed consistently.
How to Use the KegelFlex Pelvic Floor Weights
1. Prepare
Empty your bladder and ensure the weights are clean before use.
2. Choose your starting weight
Begin with the lightest weight. Insert the weight and stand up. If you can comfortably hold it in place for a few minutes while standing or walking, try the next weight up.
Choose the heaviest weight you can hold comfortably without strain.
3. Train your pelvic floor
Keep the weight in place for up to 15 minutes, once or twice daily. Remain standing or gently moving for best results.
4. Progress gradually
Once you can comfortably hold a weight for 15 minutes, move up to the next level. If a weight feels too challenging, drop back and continue practising.
As with any muscle group, the pelvic floor can fatigue. Progress steadily, avoid over-training, and build a routine that works for you.
