Key Features
- 4 Gold-Plated Electrodes – Nickel-free and biocompatible for safe, comfortable contact with mucous membranes
- Dual Circuit System – Works with 2-channel devices for full pelvic floor engagement
- Unique “U” profile – Fits perfectly to the vaginal walls for maximum comfort and contact
- Ideal for Incontinence Treatment – Clinically designed for stress, urge, and mixed urinary incontinence
- Comfort-Fit Design – The anatomical shape and smooth surface ensure easy insertion, secure fit, and comfortable use in the lying position
Dual Circuit Technology for Advanced Pelvic Floor Training
The Perisphera-U features two independent electrode circuits:
- 2 flat lower electrodes provide global stimulation of the pelvic floor
- 2 saddle-shaped side electrodes target the left and right branches of the pubococcygeal muscle
This allows for asymmetric or synchronous stimulation, depending on your device and treatment programme – ideal for EMG biofeedback or neuromuscular stimulation.
Who Is It For?
- Women experiencing low vaginal prolapse or pelvic floor depression
- Individuals undergoing perineal electrostimulation therapy
- Patients using EMG biofeedback for pelvic floor muscle training
- Healthcare professionals delivering incontinence rehabilitation
How To Use
The probe should be used while lying down. For electrostimulation, connect both channels for full activation of all 4 electrodes, or use one channel if preferred.
For EMG biofeedback, pair with your sEMG-compatible device. Always follow your healthcare provider’s guidance.
Hygiene & Care
To maintain hygiene, clean the probe with mild soap and warm water after each use. It may be disinfected using alcohol-based products but must not be sterilised. For best performance and safety, it is recommended to replace the probe after approximately 60 sessions. Intended for single user use only.
