What are the benefits?

Subscribe and Save allows you to relax and leave the leg work of reordering to us.

Not only will you save on the cost, we will only allow a subscription to run for a maximum of 12 months before confirming if you're happy to continue. Giving you piece of mind that you're not paying for an unwanted subscription.

How much does it cost?

Our subscription service is hassle-free and completely free to use.

We will only ever allow a subscription to run for a maximum of 12 months, before confirming with you if you're happy to continue so you avoid unexpected payments!

When will my next order arrive?

Your order will repeat based on the re-order frequency that you selected, giving you flexibility for all of your subscriptions, and will be sent via the shipping method chosen on your initial order.

Can I make changes to my subscription?

We will email you a few days before your subscription is due to renew, so that any changes you need to make can be done before your subscription renewal.

Can I change the frequency of my deliveries?

Of course, just reach out to our Customer Service team who will be happy to change your next order date.

Alternatively, you can log in to your account and select 'Skip' to skip your next order.

How do I update my payment method?

Simply go to Account > Subscriptions > Billing Information to update your details.

How do I change my address?

Simply go to Account > Subscriptions > Shipping Address to update your details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply go to Account > Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription Contract.

We ask that you give us 3 business days' notice before your next delivery is due to ensure this can be cancelled in time.
