Pain free - at night for 2 weeks now!
I have suffered with PF since 2013 and it has meant that I have been less mobile and put on weight as a result. This additional weight from inactivity has only exacerbated the PF pain so I am on a mission to find a cure once and for all and not feel sorry for myself anymore (fed up with being fat!)
This foot rocker provides me with instant relief. I put on a pair of trainers step on the rocker, and put on my favourite motivational track on my ipod. After 10 mins only I find I can actually walk with my whole feet and none of the usual crippling pain. It comes with exercise suggestions to follow, but I make up my own, and become more adventurous as the weeks have gone on. I also do the upper calf stretch daily and I sometimes add the lower calf stretch too - to get as much mobility as possible. The leaflet says that stretches should be done 3 times, for 30 seconds each with 5 seconds break in between them. I do much more than this and it is having real benefits for my pain and mobility.
Before buying this foot rocker, I really didn't understand what the fuss was all about and how something like this stretch the muscles. I also read the previous reviewer who was maybe using them wrong? I have now had 2 weeks of pain free sleep at night, and I am convinced it is the foot rocker and the fact I am getting more relief! Before owning this, I would have to stretch every second step, but it obviously wasn't a good stretch, certainly not as good as using the foot rocker

SImple solution - would not have thought it possible!
I was very sceptical about these initially thinking that a good stretch or simple foot massage would resolve the problem. However I came back and bought two and I have used them for 5 days now - what a difference.
My tight Achilles tendons feel much better and pain is now non existent.
I just use them when sitting down with my stocking feet - mainly while I am on the computer. SImple solution - would not have thought it possible!

Advantages
gives a good strong stretch and you are in control, I wish it had been around years ago when I had to stretch my sons tendons every day by hand as he had a problem down the right side of his body. this foot rocker would be perfect for that
Disadvantages
quite a chunky item to find a place to keep it handy.

not for me
I returned the foot rocker as it wasn't for me. The instructions say to stand on it when you are upright and i found it impossible . i brought it to exercise my foot after a serious injury and my tendon has shrunk dew to being in a cast for too long.But could not put my foot in the rocker.
