Using your Roller Massager

1. Unlock the massage head cap by turning it with a coin
2. Remove the capsule and squeeze about a teaspoon of Relief Gel into the massager head

4. Remove the cover from the massage head and apply your massager to any affected areas, moving it back and forth over the muscle with a comfortable amount of pressure
5. We recommend using the massager for at least 5 minutes twice a day, or as needed
