Advantages
This is amazing. I am fit & flexible & do yoga every day, but I also do a lot of other exercise & it can sometimes put my back out, but this relieves it almost instantly. It's surprising how much stretch it gives, & afterwards, I feel so relaxed as if I'd just had a back massage. It may be a bit uncomfortable at first, especially if you're not doing much exercise, but just start slowly & do some warm up stretching first, & you'll soon get the benefits. So comfortable, lightweight & easy to carry , so it's ideal for car or chair as well as lying on the floor. Highly recommend.

I suffer from tight QL muscles, and this really has helped relax them. I was a bit unsure when I saw how inexpensive it was, but it really does work and it's great to experience the relief it provides.

Easy to use.
The arched back stretcher is so easy to store and use. I would have liked some more detailed instructions of exercises. It is helpful and I have only been using it a short time but I can already stretch out for longer. At first I could only go on it for a minute or so. It does say you need to warm up first and I do some back exercises first so I don't strain anything.

Simple but it works
So simple I didn't even think something like this would work but my friend brought one and was saying how much it has improved her lower back ache. I can agree. I use it for 30 mins a day and stretch out on the living room floor, it has been amazing for me, my Mum wants one too now. It has also made me take positive steps to look at my posture and I feel that now I cont have as much pain and stiffness I sit taller too.

the arch didn't seem that high- but I was I wrong- this thing really stretches my back!
Instructions could do with a bit more meat on the bones, but as this is a US product I suppose the less is best approach is being used here. I was quite sceptical because I didn't think that it would do much for me, I guess because the arch didn't seem that high- but I was I wrong- this thing really stretches my back! In fact its really deceiving how much of a stretch one actually gets. When I use it I have to have a pillow under my head, I just can't use it on a plain floor I am afraid. I found that without a pillow, my head tilts back and that makes me dizzy. The other thing I do is to play with the positioning to get the right angle, and as I lay and stretch this will change several times, almost as my back is stretching, bit by bit, I alter and relax into my position. I find I can also 'pop' my back. The best way to get the pop is to bring my knees up towards my chest as I'm laying on the extender, OR I try laying on it, and get my feet/knees into the position like I'm going to do a sit up, and then roll my knees together either to the left or right down to the floor. I never force anything, I sometimes also lay on the extender on my side too.
