Placing and using your uplift seat
- Push the cushion apart from the base – inside is a glide bar with several notches organised by weight
- Place the bar into the notch nearest the weight of the user
- The user can now sit on the raised seat and be slowly lowered down
- To stand back up, place your arms on each side of you and lean forward; this will activate the lift and slowly raise you up to standing
