Natural pain relief - the drug free option that you can now use in the comfort of your own home.
This is a powerful unit using hospital-strength technology. When the tens machine stimulates through its pads, it uses nerve stimulation which feels a bit like pins and needles and in turn this triggers your body to release endorphins - your body's natural painkiller.
Can be used for many types of pain, and you won't get any side effects, feel drowsy or overdose. This is so simple it is a really effective way.

I recommend this product
Effective, no bells & whistles.
Pretty bog-standard which makes it very easy to use. I would have no hesitation in recommending this because it has been very effective in combating pain from a sporting injury.

Kills Pain Ok
Not knocked out with this one, but it does what it says so that is OK, it s certainly better than my Lloyds Tens machine which gave up the ghost and was cheap beyond belief. It is hard to say but I feel that it is not as powerful s some I have used, yes you can control the intensity but it does seem weaker than others. I get the impression you get what you pay for, this can be a bit prickly if you don't get the pads on properly. Realistically I wish I had spent more because I am sure you get better - I have read better reviews for Neurotrac so when this one is replaced I think I will opt for one of those
