Warming your pad
To enjoy the soothing, warming sensations of your heat pad, place in the microwave and heat for around 60 seconds. Knead the pad to further distribute the heat. If the pad is not hot enough for your preference, put it in the microwave for another 15 seconds.
Cooling your pad
Put your pad in the freezer for 1-2 hours. Because of the material it will remain frost resistant and comfortably soft even at a low temperature.
