Most of us have heard of the ‘core’ muscles but how many people are sure what they do for us?

It’s your core that holds you up at your desk, it’s your core that keeps you up-right when you’re walking. It also protects your spine which affects your whole posture.

The ergonomic shape of the Oov is designed to match the curves of the spine to make it comfortable and safe to use. When using the Oov, the shape causes instability stimulates and activates the muscular structures within the core. The rounded shape of the Oov gently activates the deep stabilizing muscles and promotes the stretching of the spinal column. This allows good mobilization of the intervertebral discs. This active response by the user helps achieve a ‘neutral spine’, a widely used concept in the treatment and assessment of spinal conditions.
