First this item was not made for a dog over 20 lbs, and the first time the dog pulls on it , it will never work again. The flashlight is great, it is not powerful, but it is enough to get you safely up and down stairs, and down a walk way safely. If you drop it, the light will not work again. But I have had 3 of these now, I love the features but quality is really lacking. (Posted on 8 July 2015)Product Rating

Received for Christmas 2015. We only use at night, because we don't want toProduct Rating
run into a skunk. On Jan 26, 2016 dog wanted to go out 6:30AM. When she went out
the whole cord came all the way out. We do have invisible fence so she did not leave the
yard. We tried taking apart to see if could fix. But could not fix.
I like the concept but it isn't trustworthy. Dog is only 50lbs, so that wasn't the problem.
I would like to return it but did not save anything?

I am sorry this product is not suitable however it does not seem that you are here in the UK as skunks are not native to our shores! I am unable to reply to you directly as you did not login to write your review and I have no e mail address for you. Please return it to the place it was purchased from and refer to their customer service terms, let me know if it was from us but I cannot imagine we shipped this item to the US or Canada.
Good luck, keep away from those skunks!
