You may be asking: What is a Bladder Diary and Why should I use it? A Bladder Diary is a tool for you to manage the complete picture of progress to living with less leaks and greater confidence.
Now in coordination with tracking your improvements in pelvic floor strength you can keep information on behaviour metrics as well. Here are just a few more reasons to start using this great feature today:
Track trips to the toilet - You should be able to wait up to 3-4 hours between visits to the bathroom, tracking trips is helpful when establishing healthy habits.
Monitor your fluid intake - Did you know that your morning coffee and those glasses of wine may be sabotaging your bladder progress? And limiting water to avoid leaks may actually cause for health issues. Keep note of the fluid you ingest and how your body my respond
