The best-selling Therawand has been updated and improved! The best just got a whole lot better! Meet the Pelviwand LA-Wand which offers natural relief from a number of pelvic problems all in the comfort of your own home!

Both men and women require treatment for urologic chronic pelvic pain syndromes (UCPPS), which includes interstitial cystitis (IC) now called painful bladder syndrome, pelvic floor dysfunction, and chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome. Many sufferers use self-treatment with an internal trigger point wand such as as this Pelviwand combined with training in paradoxical relaxation.

Pelvic pain can be debilitating and almost impossible to live with but unlike pain in other parts of the body such as your back or neck, treating pelvic pain on your own at home can be difficult. The position of the muscles in the pelvic floor mean that unless you are a qualified physiotherapist you probably won’t be able to correctly massage the muscles to give you relief from the pain.

The Pelviwand LA-Wand (which used to be called the Therawand) allows you to take control of pelvic pain from the comfort of your home whenever you need it. The curves and release-ends make the Pelviwand perfect for both men and women to gently massage their pelvic floor muscles that are tender, tight or have trigger-points giving you drug free pain relief.

For Women - Pelviwand LA-Wand can help you continue pelvic pain treatment at home

The Pelviwand was designed with the help of physiotherapists for treating pelvic floor pain and dysfunction on your own at home. It uses both physical therapy and relaxation, helping you target pressure points. The Pelviwand is the perfect tool for treating myofascial (trigger point) release, painful intercourse, scar tissue, prostate massage and much more.

For Men -  Using the Pelviwand LA-Wand for relieve prostatitis and male chronic pelvic pain

The Pelviwand can be used for manual treatment of pelvic floor pain and prostate massage. It is easy to use for your therapist or even better yourself at home.

The Pelviwand is an ideal way for men to perform prostate massage on themselves in the comfort and privacy of their own home. Trigger point massage can milk the prostate to drain out any build-up of fluid which cause problems and discomfort. This reduces the swelling and inflammation that causes pelvic pain in men giving you natural, drug free pain relief.

Included with every Pelviwand is an easy-to-understand instruction sheet to allow you to use your Pelviwand exactly how you need to. You also get storage bag so that wherever you are and whenever you need it you can stay pain free without another trip to the physio or taking more pain killers.

Trigger point massage for CPPS Review by Clive T
Product Rating
I have suffered with CPPS for 4 years and after years of misdiagnosis I have finally found a Physiotherapist who can treat me. I cannot tell you the relief, and frustration I feel about finally being heard. I use this for trigger point massage at home in-between treatments with my physiotherapist.
THe style makes it easy to use and I recommend this item with the help of a knowledgeable physiotherapist. Good luck, I hope it wont take you as long as me as it has to find some relief from the pelvic floor pain. (Posted on 19 May 2017)

Male pelvic pain wand Review by Rob C
Product Rating
I appreciate this is mainly used by women, but as a man I wanted to say how pivotal this has been in the treatment of my pelvic pain. I have suffered for over 3 years and been from GP to specialist and back again, STD tests, blood tests, pokes, prodded etc, only just finding a FB group of Pelvic Pain for Men. Their info has been invaluable. I am 24 and had a cycling accident which damaged my coccyx. I was not recommended a Physiotherapist just painkillers. There have been some really dark days when I thought I would never be 'normal' again and never have an intimate relationship without it creasing me as soon as I had sex. After supplementing with magnesium for the pelvic pain, doing relaxation exercises, visualisation and Pelvic floor physio with this wand all have contributed to make me feel that there is light at the end of this very long tunnel. Wouldn't wish this on anyone but don't give up because there is help. Also a great help is a book called Cock Block by Dr. Susie Gronski. It seems like a i've still got a way to go, but I am much better than I was 6 months ago when I seriously thought there was no way out of the pain cycle. (Posted on 15 December 2017)

Part of the treatment for pelvic pain - very good. Review by Zoe K
Product Rating
I use this for home treatment of my pelvic pain. Very effective, easy to use and relieves pain effectively (but not totally). Its just one tool to help and I've found with my pelvic pain that it is the case of using lots of different things, Therawand, relaxation, mindfulness, avoiding stress and I also use an infrared heat lamp. I am still having specialist physiotherapy as well. There is lots of online help, Amy Stein (Heal Pelvic Pain book) and other women who suffer have been invaluable.
I am pleased my physio taught me where to treat because I don't know that I would have been confident enough to do it on my own without being shown first, although there are comprehensive diagrams online about how to treat and what pressure and where.
Long road, but I am so much better than 6 months ago and I've suffered for years! (Posted on 12 March 2018)
