The is a great pelvic floor strengthening CD. I have had trouble with my exercises for many year, I haven't been sure about whether I've been doing them correctly. The other problem I've had is making myself do them I just seem to be too busy. I bought this CD to motivate me to exercise as I've been diagnosed with a prolapse. I am so impressed with this work, it's exactly what I've been looking for to help me. I listen in the car on the way to work and do the exercises as I travel along. The first section that runs through how to check that you're doing your exercises right is great too. I highly recommend this CD for anyone like me who just doesn't seem to have the time or motivation. Great product! (Posted on 20 October 2014)

Essential for me because my bits are falling out and I don't want to totally lose my pelvic organs out of my vagina! Review by Annie

Not usually a fan of exercise DVDs and CDs, but this one is essential for me because my bits are falling out and I don't want to totally lose my pelvic organs out of my vagina!
Easy to follow, and surprisingly very motivational - which is a plus for me, because I am the first to shirk exercise and routine.
