The manual handle on this pump makes it easy to control the strength and progress of your erection. It is excellent to use as a beginner’s pump as you can get used to the sensation at your own pace. After placing your penis into the cylinder, you simply pump the handle to increase the pressure and gradually draw blood into your penis, making it erect. You can then place a constriction ring around the base, which will help you to maintain your erection for up to 30 minutes.

Active Erection System

As a next step you can start using the Active Erection System – this is battery powered vacuum pump for ED and works at the press of a button. You can achieve an erection using this pump in only 30-60 seconds, so it is an excellent choice for both you and your partner. The erection can be maintained using a constriction ring for up to 30 minutes.
