I would not recommend this ...

Advantages

it's ok for picking up paper but nothing else.

Disadvantages

The design is not very robust, it is very flimsy. It would not even pick up my mobile phone off the floor. I wish I had not purchased it.

I would not recommend this product at all, apart from picking up paper litter it is useless.

Good

I like the suction and the extra length of this grabber. One reviewer wanted to be able to lift more, I am afraid I don't have the strength in my arm to wield anymore and this is therefore OK for me. Agree about the hole (bit small) for hanging for storage and being able to find it when I need it!

I recommend this product

Good but don’t expect to lift any thing too heavy.

I have had one of these before and that is why I have bought another. The main reason is that the grabs can be locked in the grabbed position which is more convenient than many others. There is room for improvement. The springs only allow for a certain weight to be grabbed. I would prefer a more robust construction allowing greater grabbing power. The foldability is good but the joint has some movement which gives a feeling of weakness but seems to hold up ok., but this was the cause of the breakage of the previous one. There is one more minor criticism. The hole provided for hanging the thing up is too small. I want to be able just to hang it up by the handle but due to its design it slips off. Of course if you lock the grabs you can hang it up through the springs. Overall good but make it stronger!
