The Lanaform Body Stim offers wonderful massage, muscle building and toning features. If the electrodes that came with your unit have become worn out, replace them with this new set of four to continue getting the best results from your machine.
Your electrodes can be unplugged and cleaned with clear running water, rubbing the adhesive side to remove dust. The electrodes come in their own plastic cases that can be used to store them and keep them clean.
Placement of the electrodes
- Use two connected electrodes per muscle, one attached to the green plug and one to the grey plug
- Do not place electrodes on your head or on opposite sides of your body (e.g. one on each arm)
- Never move electrodes while the Body Stim is switched on
