Indispensable!

I have said it before, about the Kegel 8 smart balls, but I must say it again: To me they are a LIFESAVER. So much so that I have purchased two spare sets of them, so that I will never have to be without them. They have honestly transformed my life, from being one of misery and restriction (stress incontinence) to a normal happy existence. The way they work for me is I just insert them at some point in the morning, leave them in all day, take them out at night; do not even notice they are there. Meanwhile they are exercising my pelvic floor and solving all my problems!!

Literally can't live without them

In fact (following on from my first review) I had to get another set of the Smart Balls as I suddenly realised my life would literally be devastated without them if they got lost!

The best

I have tried various 'Kegel balls' and these are definitely the best.... using them for post-menopausal incontinence. These Smartballs are smooth and unnoticeable to wear, no chafing; I just put a little lubricant on, bung them up me like a tampon, and go about my day; then they get to work strengthening my pelvic floor. The little balls inside them are stimulating my pelvic floor muscles without me noticing, and I NO LONGER HAVE TO WORRY about any incontinence, it is fantastic. They look large, but the way they are made I actually find them more comfortable than other smaller ones. The material they are made from is soft and gentle, and they don't give an awful 'rattle' inside you like some kegel balls. Although they are heavier than some others, they are still more comfortable.... I say 'more comfortable', but actually I should say 'entirely unnoticeable'. THANK YOU for this lifesaving, sanity-restoring product.

Good

Used these for 8 weeks now. Wasn't too Sure at first and there is a knack to using them but I have noticed significant improvement in the last two weeks, so as they say in the instructions after 2 - 4 weeks you really start to notice. I do circuit training and I found I was leaking and this hasn't happened in the last few weeks. Job done. Will continue to use them. Great to rinse and store after use. I would recommend this product because it has worked for me.

a good purchase for me.

I have used the kegel balls daily for the last 2 weeks and I have noticed an improvement, so this has been a good purchase for me. Easy to rinse after use made from medical silicone they are very good.
