Power Dolphilus is a powerful probiotic formula providing a natural, non-dairy source of 3 billion live, friendly bacteria.
The friendly bacteria help to balance the intestinal flora and encourage healthy bacteria to grow in the gut. Power Dolphilus is known to ease symptoms of IBS and candidosis (thrush) and is suitable for those with lactose intolerance.
Take two capsules per day (at different times eg: one in the morning and one in the evening). These fast-acting capsules are easy to swallow. However, if you struggle swallowing tablets, you can empty the contents of the capsule into some yogurt or a glass of milk and take them that way. You should never mix the powder with hot food or drink as this will compromise the live cultures.
