She has first hand experience of the symptoms of a weakened pelvic floor, so she readily understands the confusion, fear, and frustration other women experience. Tasha details how she found good, incisive information not easily accessible when she had her pelvic floor problems. Worse still she realised that many women were willing to accept the damage to their bodies not realising that there were simple techniques that would correct and strengthen the pelvic floor and dispense with the need for any surgical intervention.
