The versatile design of this heat pack makes it ideal for treating injuries. Your Hot and Cold Shoulder Wrap will allow you to treat yourself through every stage of healing for a faster, much less painful recovery. To use it for cold therapy, just place it in the freezer for 1-2 hours and it will be ready to use. It’s a great idea to keep it in the freezer so that it’s always ready if you hurt yourself – no more frozen peas! Using your shoulder wrap for heat therapy is also simple; just 60 seconds in the microwave will make it the perfect temperature to soothe away aches and pains.
This shoulder wrap is adjustable to fit your body via its chest strap. Just fit the pad over your left or right shoulder and use the Velcro arm strap to fit it securely against your skin. Then buckle the chest strap to keep it securely attached either under or over your clothing. You can enjoy several hours of wonderful pain relief, all while getting on with your normal activities. The soft outer cover is wipe clean and contains a squishy gel filling that’s really comfortable against your body.
