How to use: To heat, Microwave for 30 secs. If pack is not hot enough, heat for further 10 second intervals for personal preference. Or, the Hot Pack can be heated by submerging in boiling water for 4-10 minutes. To chill the Cold Pack, place in freezer for 1 hour. The Cold Pack can be stored in the freezer to be ready when needed. Temperatures will be maintained for up to 30 minutes.
