One Heat On Hot/Cold Pack is all you need for natural hot or cold relief
The Heat On Hot/Cold Pack can be used hot or cold. It is filled with gel that retains the temperature for 30 minutes and moulds to your body. You can warm this gel pack up in the microwave on in hot water and enjoy soothing relief on stiff muscles. Heat therapy increases circulation in order to improve flexibility and speed up the healing process. To reduce inflammation and relieve acute pain, chill the pack in the freezer instead.

How to use: To heat, Microwave for 30 secs. If pack is not hot enough, heat for further 10 second intervals for personal preference. Or, the Hot Pack can be heated by submerging in boiling water for 4-10 minutes. To chill the Cold Pack, place in freezer for 1 hour. The Cold Pack can be stored in the freezer to be ready when needed. Temperatures will be maintained for up to 30 minutes.
