Take control over your pelvic floor with Gyneflex Resistance Vaginal Exerciser.
For over 12 years Gyneflex has been helping women banish urinary incontinence and improve their intimate sensation, giving them greater confidence and freedom to live fulfilling lives without the worry of leaks or accidents. By exercising twice a day with Gyneflex you can see the same results within just 2 months.
Gyneflex is a medically designed resistance vaginal exerciser which gives your muscles a more intense and effective workout than regular pelvic floor exercise. If you want to tone and strengthen muscles it’s really important to give them something to work against, for example if you wanted to bulk up your biceps you would lift weights because it makes your muscles work harder and become stronger.
It’s exactly the same for your pelvic floor; doing some basic Kegel exercises is great, but the workout will be so much more effective if the muscles have something to work hard against. That’s where Gyneflex comes in.
This clever device is made from body-friendly, flexible plastic. When inserted into the vagina the muscles have to squeeze against it in order to make the handles of the Gyneflex touch. By exercising in this way twice each day you will significantly strengthen your muscles and find that laughter leaks and lack of sensation are a thing of the past.
Gyneflex is anatomically designed to fit your body perfectly and comfortably, and since the ends of the device remain outside of your body there’s no risk of nipping or pinching. To use follow the steps below:
1. Clean Gyneflex thoroughly with warm soapy water or a body-friendly antibacterial spray.
2. Lie on your back with your feet flat and your knees bent.
3. Squeeze the Gyneflex together firmly by the ribbed handles
4. Hold the lips of your vulva apart with one hand
5. With the other, insert Gyneflex into your vagina. The handles should remain outside your body.
6. Contract your pelvic floor muscles; squeeze as though you are holding in urine and hold it for a count of ten, or as long as you can.
7. Relax the muscles completely
8. Repeat steps 6 & 7 for 21 repetitions.
If you’re unsure whether you are squeezing correctly or with enough strength, place your finger gently between the two handles whilst your muscles are relaxed. When you squeeze you should be able to feel the handles touch your finger. If you can’t, you may want to hold a mirror in front of you to check that the handles are moving. It may be that your muscles aren’t yet strong enough to squeeze the Gyneflex and you need to use a lighter, more flexible device.
Gyneflex is available in a range of 6 strengths, the idea being that as you exercise you improve muscle tone and work your way up to firmer devices. There are 3 strengths to choose from, Light, Regular and Firm, and each strength includes 2 Gyneflex units, one slightly firmer than the other. Start with the lighter one and once you become strong enough to easily hold 21 ten second repetitions you can begin with the firmer one. All strengths come with full, detailed instructions and Gyneflex’s own Vaginal Tightening Program™.
Your existing muscle strength will determine which strength Gyneflex strength you begin with, and the chart below can help you choose the right one. If you think you need to start on Light and want to work right through to Firm, or you’re simply unsure which strength is right for you, you can buy all three in a Pack.
There’s no need to put up with the effects of a weak pelvic floor; pantyliners don’t have to become the norm and you don’t have to let your sex life go stale. Gyneflex will help you tone up, regain control and reclaim your freedom. Read for yourself what other women have been saying:
“GyneFlex really made a difference in my life. Before, you really had to plan your day so were always close to a bathroom. Now you just don't have to worry about it.”
“GyneFlex is easy to use. I felt better after using it for only 2 weeks.”
“I no longer get up 3 or 4 times a night to go to the bathroom. Maybe once now. GyneFlex is wonderful.”
“I think women should start using GyneFlex very early, but definitely after having children, then you won't have these incontinence problems later in life.”
