Measuring blood pressure
- Secure the cuff around your left wrist and hold it at heart level
- Take 5 deep breaths and relax
- Press the power button; the pump will start to inflate gently
- When it starts deflating you will see your pulse and blood pressure on the display
- Your measurement will be automatically stored in the unit’s memory
