Liven up your home with the beautiful calls of birds from around the world with this singing bird clock

This clock will bring the wonders of the outdoors into your home! A fantastic gift for any bird lover, it plays a different bird sound every hour so that you can enjoy the sounds of nature while you keep track of the time. Each number is represented by a beautiful colour photo of its associated bird with its Latin name, letting you learn some ornithology on the hour!

The clock will not sound between 10pm and 6am, allowing you to get an uninterrupted night’s sleep if you have placed it in or near your bedroom. Adults and children alike will love hearing a new bird sound – it’s great for helping children to learn how a clock works! You’ll soon get to know which bird call sounds at which hour; so the sounds of a Song Sparrow will let you know it’s lunch time while the Northern Pygmy Owl lets you know it’s time for bed!

My parents had a similar clock for years and were always happy with it but it needed replacing. This clock is slightly smaller and the names of the birds are either in Latin or Spanish I think! The bird sounds are quite loud on the hour but great sounds and wake you up if you're having an afternoon snooze! My mum is happy with our purchase. (Posted on 20 January 2018)
