Savantini Limited has created an Ethical Policy to provide guidelines on how we will operate in ethical matters in a number of key areas, as outlined below. We will endeavour to retain this set of guidelines and core values in the process of doing business on a daily basis.
We have developed this policy so that customers know that when they purchase from us, that they are purchasing from a company that treats its customers, staff, suppliers and the wider local community in a respectful and sustainable way.

We understand that some resources are finite and must be used responsibly. We aim to use recycled products where possible and recycle as much of our waste as possible. We comply with the WEEE electrical waste rules to minimise harm from our electrical waste.
Savantini Limited is committed to acting in a way that benefits the wider community. We will seek to recycle goods wherever possible, for example donating unwanted products to local hospices, charity shops and animal rescue centres. We will take into account local and national interest in the concerns about the wider community. Savantini Limited is a UK company paying UK taxes, and will always continue to do so.
Savantini Limited is an English company based in Yorkshire, England. Wherever possible we aim to work with UK design and manufacturers. By doing so we are better able to maintain our high quality and standards and help to preserve and promote the UK job market.
We undertake to pay our suppliers in a timely manner, as laid out in the individual terms of contract with the supplier. Savantini Limited aims to deal with suppliers on a basis of mutual trust and respect and dealings will be conducted in a professional manner at all times. Our reputation, and the trust and confidence of those with whom we deal are vital.
As a company supplying health products, we aim to promote good health amongst our staff. We seek to encourage healthy eating and healthy lifestyles among our staff.

Savantini Limited provides a safe and comfortable working environment for all its employees and will continue to do so.
We undertake to protect the health and safety of our employees whilst minimising any adverse effects on the environment wherever possible. We make all employees aware of the risk assessments and encourage them to be proactive in ensuring their own health and safety in the workplace.
We know the importance of honesty and completeness of record-keeping. Records will be maintained in a timely and accurate manner in secure areas – whether this be in secure locked filing cabinets or in password protected areas on the system. This includes customer records and accounts.
