My hobby is hill and moorland walking ,when I descend from hills I get severe pain in my knees, I have used many supports over many years, some are too bulky and impair your movements, and a lot simply slide when you bend the knees. When I used this one climbing many stiles I found it was moving with my knee movements without slipping and minimised the pain when descending from large hills. I do a lot of walking and over the years I have developed problems with my knees which can be very painful. Was having problems descending hills and had a challenge coming up which I didn't think I could do due to knee pain. These knee wraps made it possible for me to climb Ben Nevis with no pain at all.
