How to use Claricare

1. Place your Claricare up against your skin with the wider padded area in the back so that the hollow area is around the anus and the narrower part is around your vulva
2. The Claricare should be placed as far forward as possible while being able to sit comfortably
3. If you are wearing a sanitary pad, place it underneath the Claricare; this will prevent chafing. The holes in the Claricare will allow any discharge to reach your pad and be absorbed

It’s really easy to keep your Claricare clean; it can be sterilised in a pan of boiling water or simply placed inside its box with some water and microwaved for 5 minutes. You can also clean it with soap and water as needed

If you are experiencing an especially bad amount of pain, it’s a good idea to place the Claricare inside the freezer in its box for a little while before use as this will provide extra relief.
