Amongst the dark, moist spots in your garden you may or you may not uncover the single, most frustrating garden pests – the infamous slimy slug. If you’re an avid gardener, you appreciate the rain here and there as it’s feeding your plants and your beautiful home grown tomatoes. But what you must remember, in the depths of your garden are those slugs and snails working up an appetite. And what’s in their sight; only your red-blushed, plump tomatoes. It’s time to take action against these parasite; here at StressNoMore we’ve got the perfect secret weapon for your garden to trick those pests into ending their fate. We introduce to you, the Snail Pool Slug Trap.
Did you know that slugs and snails just can’t resist the temptation of stale beer? Like a moth to a flame! So with this in mind, you can tempt them into their own fate – (cue menacing laughter). With this innovative slug trap; you can bury this deceptively in the soil of where those pesky snails and slugs congregate.
There’s two parts to the Snail Pool slug trap; the pool itself and the grill that sits inside the pool that has a bright green cover. Firstly, find where the most popular spot where the slugs and snails gather – they usually love dark, moist spots – dig a hole that the Snail Pool Slug Trap can fit snuggly in to. Pop the grill inside the pool and fill it to about half way with a dark beer, for example Guinness or Stout, and continue with your day. The slugs and snails will be attracted by the scent, slime over and fall into the “pool” where they will drown. The grills job is to hold the snails and allows you to dispose of them easily whilst leaving the beer inside the pool still. This slug and snail trap keeps your garden free from the slimy swines whilst you mind your own business.
Start your own garden brewery, ban those slugs and as Peggy Mitchell would say “get out-ta my pub!”
