Monitor blood pressure with detailed and easy to interpret results using this fantastic Beper Easy Check upper arm blood pressure monitor
Taking your blood pressure at home is now seen to be much more accurate than having it read by a health professional. This is due to a phenomenon known as ‘White Coat Hypertension’ – it can be really nerve-wracking to be in a medical environment and this can cause your blood pressure to go up, leading to a false reading! By monitoring at home you can get a really good picture of how your health is during your normal, everyday life.
To use the Beper Easy Check simply slip the cuff around your upper arm and wait for it to inflate, just like at the doctors. After a few seconds the super clear LCD digital display will show you your systolic and diastolic blood pressure and pulse readings, all in large, easy to read numbers. If your heartbeat is irregular during the measuring process a pulsing heart symbol will display on the screen; helping you to quickly see if a problem is developing.
Your reading comes with an indication of where your score falls on the World Health Organisation’s guidelines on blood pressure. A level along the side of the display goes from green (optimal) to dark red (severe hypotension). This makes blood pressure monitoring really simple as you don’t even need to think about the numbers - it’s like having a nurse by your side!
This monitor is also suitable for checking low blood pressure - defined as anything below 90/60. Low blood pressure symptoms include nausea, vomiting and fainting; all very unpleasant! Prevent the symptoms of low blood pressure before they happen by keeping track of your measurements.
Access up to 120 past readings, making it easier than ever to monitor your health
The monitor will memorise your readings for quick reference – it can store 120 readings, with the option to split them into two groups so that multiple people can use it. The blood pressure measurements are stored with the date and time they were done, making it simple to show a record of your results in healthcare appointments and monitor your condition. You can also view an average of your last 3 results, which is really useful for getting a more general picture of what your blood pressure has been like that day and avoid the variations that can result from things like eating and stress.
Included with your blood pressure monitor is a handy storage bag which makes it simple to transport the monitor wherever you go, allowing you to conveniently check your health throughout the day. The device is battery powered, with 4 AAA batteries providing around 2 months of readings even if you use it three times a day! It will automatically shut off when not in use, allowing the batteries to go even further. The advanced features of the Beper Easy Check will keep you fully informed and in control of your health.
Upper Arm or Wrist - What is the Difference?
We offer a range of both wrist and upper arm blood pressure monitors. Upper arm blood pressure monitors are recommended for older adults and diabetics, whilst our range of wrist BPM’s tend to be more compact, allowing you to take them with you anywhere and get readings quicker and easier. Upper arm BPM’s sit closer to and in line with the heart, so they are the preferred choice by health professionals for their unquestionable accuracy.
