Cook anything you need with 5 levels of heat
The Beper dual hotplate can be used to cook anything that you would cook on a standard hob. Each plate has 5 heat levels that are suitable for the following:
- Slow cooking, delicate food, thickening sauces
- Simmering
- Shallow frying
- Rapid heating
- Bringing water to the boil
Each plate has its own red indicator light will that will come on when it’s heating up, turning off when the desired temperature is reached. There is a safety feature that will shut the plate off if it overheats.
