Hot and cold therapy eases aches and pains from soft tissue injuries and menstrual cramps with these reusable heat pads

Heat therapy is an effective way of soothing all manner of aches and pains. Applying heat increases flexibility and allows you to move your muscles more easily, helping you to return them to their normal function. Aside from current injuries, heat is excellent for soothing long term aches and pains, as well as soothing menstrual cramps.

The heat pads can be activated anywhere, making them a great way to relieve pain on the go. Just click the metal disc inside and they will generate heat for 30 minutes; the recommended time for using heat therapy on an injury. They can then be recharged up to 100 times by boiling them for 5 to 10 minutes.

Which do I need – cold therapy or heat therapy?

Don’t apply heat right after an injury as it can worsen things! Doctors recommend that cold therapy is used for the first 48 hours after an injury to help relieve swelling and inflammation. Bac< also offer reusable cool pads that can be kept in your freezer for quick relief from pain.
