Maintain healthy circulation throughout the lower legs with these easy-to-put-on, ultra comfortable & supportive Compression Socks.

Many compression socks and stockings can be incredibly difficult to put on properly. Obviously they need to have a snug fit to deliver the benefits - but this often means that they’re too tight to pull on, particularly if the legs are already swollen. For people with reduced dexterity on the hands or upper body it can be impossible to wear them.

The solution to hard-to-put-on compression stockings is finally here.

Zipper Compression Socks are sold as a pair and they offer comfortable compression and support where you need it most - and the best bit? They are easy to put on and the zip ensures a perfect fit every time! They are designed to fit just below the knee to give complete compression of the lower leg, and they boast an open toe to improve comfort. You can wear the zip either on the outside of your leg - for easy access - or on the inside to be more discreet. The top of the zipper too also has a handy loop - now that's a really clever solution so you have more to grab onto if your grip isn't very good, or if you use a hook to pull up and down the zipper!

Compression therapy helps to boost blood to tissues which are prone to bad circulation. This is ideal for people with diabetes or circulatory disorders who suffer from cold, numb and tingling limbs. Compression is also a great way to prevent liquid from gathering and causing tissues to swell, which is common for people who spend lots of time standing and walking and regularly experience inflammation in their ankles and lower legs. The Zipper Compression Socks may also be suitable for wearing on long haul flights to reduce the risk of deep vein thrombosis (DVT). They have a compression rating of 22-32 mmHg.

These Zipper Compression Socks are sold as a pair, choose from either black or beige, and they are suitable for both men and women to use. Please select your size based on the following guidelines:

Small: Ankle circ. 7 – 8.5” / Calf circ. up to 15”

Medium: Ankle circ. 8.5 – 10” / Calf circ. up to 16.5”

Large: Ankle circ. 10 – 11.5” / Calf circ. up to 18”

XL: Ankle circ. 11.5 – 13 “ / Calf circ. up to 19”

What a find! At last some stockings I can cope with Review by Ulla
Product Rating
These compression stockings are excellent. They are very well made, the zip is protected and does not get caught. What a difference to the pair I purchased at nearly twice the price!
These are as very similar to the ones prescribed by the hospital. I hardly wear those, as I find them too difficult to put them on and even harder to pull them off.
I have worn these since they arrived.
I am ordering some more tomorrow. (Posted on 17 May 2015)

A good purchase. Review by Joyce
Product Rating
It is not clear in the brochure that the stockings are sold in pairs which makes them good value.

The stockings are very thick and difficult to put on and off if you are disabled in any way but no more difficult than conventional support stockings.

The tops do not cut into the flesh as conventional support stockings do and are very comfortable. (Posted on 17 November 2014)

Overall, positive Review by Chris
Product Rating
Although difficult to pull on and properly fit the heels, these stockings are certainly much easier to put on than the regular compression hosiery which has been prescribed for me. However, because I am rather short-legged, they tend to bunch at the zippered side; when I remove the hose, indentations are left on the swollen skin and underlying leg tissue. This is apparently only a problem from a cosmetic standpoint and not harmful medically. (Posted on 19 June 2016)

support tights Review by topcat
Product Rating
I have tried different ones and the only ones I will now wear if I have to Marks & Spencer sUPPORT TIGHTS AND THEN ONLY IN WINTER. i will now wear these awful garments and they are frumpy and old fashioned. I wish they would design something that did the job, was less expensive and didn't look like it was designed for someone of 90

Dear Topcat
I am sorry that you found these support stockings frumpy. I'd like to point you in the direction of our range from Solidea. This is an Italian brand that offers a full range of support garments, many with advanced fibres that have other beneficial effects on the body such as improving circulation and preventing cellulite. Seems as though it is quite a science in Italy, and of course, you can enjoy the style and panache of Italian design.
Let me know if I can help you with a further discount or recommendation.

Product Questions

would small fit a woman, or would I be better with medium?
Is it necessary to to send prescription data or are all sizes standard,I am a fairly large man and do not think the stockings shown would suit me,would it be possible to have these stockings made to measure, the zipper idea is definitely the best,as it is absolutely stressful trying to get stockings all the way up.I appreciate the fact that stockings made to measure would cost more but for quality of life what's cost,?
is it possible for you to remind me when xl black are back in stock.

Do any of your knee high zipped compression socks come with a closed toe?
i have very large calfs wil they fit
Are these socks suitable for someone who has suffered blood clots in the past and has been advised to ALWAYS wear flight socks when flying. and do the zips dig into calves or are they comfortable to wear for long flights please..
many thanx.. Grannie
Are these compression socks suitable for flying ?
Recently I purchased zipper stockings from you,but I'm afraid they don't fit me ,I am not looking to return them as it is too complicated, but I was wondering if you made the stockings to prescription, there is a niche in the market for this requirement, as all legs differ in size, and people with this ailment would gladly pay the extra money for an easier way to get them on,my size at the calf is 51cm ankle size 30cm
and span of foot 13cm.(stop laughing,ha)but therein is the difficulty a lot of sufferers have.
hi just purchased zip up compression socks for my mother although calf and ankle size were fine the length was too long do they only come in one standard length thank you
Are the stockings sold singly or in pairs?
Are these suitable post operatively please? My husband will have to wear compression stockings for two weeks after a back operation and I am not sure I can cope with the stress of putting them on him every day!!

Are they available on FP10?
Hi, I'm a tall woman and tend to buy size 14/16 clothes. Which compression sock size would you recommend? Is there a size guide somewhere I'm missing? Thanks!
Is the price you quote £14.99 for a pair of zip-up compression socks ?
Are the stockings suitable for men?
DEAR SIR OR MADAM: My leg ulcers are about 98pc healed, thanks to a wonderful nurse and to my ACTIVA Compression Hosiery stockings, Class 1, 14-17 mmHg, British Standard Compression Hosiery. They are beige in colour which I don't like. I notice you sell black stockings. Here in Dublin, our National Health crowd only give us TWO free pairs per annum - obviously, they have never suffered from leg ulcers the way all your satisfied customers have. What I am wondering is ... do you sell what I have described above in black? I notice you are quite cheap, too - cheap in price but not cheap in quality! What size would you recommend I use? Thank you very much for your time and I hope to hear from you when you get time.
I'm looking for medical grade 20-30mmHg do these conform ?
We have just purchased a pair of your zipper compression socks can you please tell us if there is a left and right.
I need a large size for my mother to try - her calf size is 16" and ankle size is 11" can you supply this size?
Aged 75 am due to have a second hip replacement operation next week and will have to wear compression stockings again for six weeks afterwards (horrendous !).
are these stockings NHS approved/ comparable in application to hospital issue ones ?

Thanks and regards,
Are these sold as a pair please?
My wives current compression stocking is 18-24mmHg.What compression are your stockings?
Trying to order a second pair of zippered compression stockings for my husband, as he was delighted with the ones we received a couple of weeks ago. Problem is, it seems the XL is out of stock. Wondered if you could tell me if, and when, you will be getting them back in stock please? Thank You.
