I'm a big fan of Jill miller her techniques namely the yoga balls and stretches have helped improve my performance and remain injury free. A shoulder niggle has so far been avoided repetition, and I feel that my athletic and yoga work is much improved. Athletic recovery is so much quicker. (Posted on 26 April 2017)
