The Yoga Tune Up Corgeous DVD is not specifically designed for ladies with prolapse; this doesn't mean that they are definitely not suitable, but may not be the best exercises for your body. I would recommend asking your GP or doctor or specialist, who will be able to tell you more, in regards to your personal circumstances.
Michelle Kenway is another one of our brands; she has a range of books and DVDs specifically designed for women with weak pelvic floor muscles and/or prolapse.
These exercies will be more suitable for you, and I would definitely recommend them.
