If you want a perfectly flat stomach and toned abs you need to do more than a few sit-ups; you need to condition your core muscles and strengthen your entire body.
Sometimes it can be easy to forget that every single part of our body is tied together; if we want to strengthen one part of it we need to strengthen it all. It may seem logical to do lots of crunches to build up the abs, but in doing so you can do damage to your back, put pressure on your spine and weaken your pelvic floor. Coregeous shows you how you can work your abdominal muscles properly in order to strengthen your whole core, improve your posture and enjoy better fitness.
Yoga Tune Up harnesses the purifying effects of yoga to allow your body and mind to work in harmony in order to become stronger and healthier. Jill Miller, creator and instructor of Yoga Tune Up has over 20 years of experience in the movement arts. She has used her knowledge of the human body to develop a yoga technique that incorporates massage and pain relief techniques to allow people to enjoy a greater degree of fitness, health, comfort and wellbeing.
Coregeous is a perfect programme for people who have abdominal weakness as a result of underuse, over-training, injury or surgery. It has 7 key routines that work the entire torso, not only strengthening the muscles but also improving mobility and stability in the spine and connecting tissues.
We’re proud to be an official UK and European distributor of Jill Miller’s Yoga Tune Up range. If you live in America and are interested in the range we recommend you place an order directly with Yoga Tune Up.

- Confidence in purchasing Review by Kaede
- really do enjoy the exercises and the structure of the dvd. Review by Miss Chief
- 3 inches and counting! RESULT! Review by Charlotte Hyde-White
The Yoga Tune Up Corgeous DVD is not specifically designed for ladies with prolapse; this doesn't mean that they are definitely not suitable, but may not be the best exercises for your body. I would recommend asking your GP or doctor or specialist, who will be able to tell you more, in regards to your personal circumstances.
Michelle Kenway is another one of our brands; she has a range of books and DVDs specifically designed for women with weak pelvic floor muscles and/or prolapse.
These exercies will be more suitable for you, and I would definitely recommend them.
