Guaranteed to improve your pelvic muscle tone using progressive resistance.
As featured on This Morning and in The Times Body & Soul. the PelvicToner is a great way to restore pelvic health and combat bladder weakness, especially after childbirth. The PelvicToner is a simple to use, highly effective patented medical device, that is available on the NHS.
Clinically proven, the PelvicToner has proved to be at least as effective as a supervised three month course of pelvic floor training with a physiotherapist or trained specialist. Additional benefits include:
- helping you identify the correct muscles to exercise
- instant feedback that you are squeezing the correct muscle
- efficient and effective exercise because you are squeezing against resistance
- you are more likely to continue exercising as you will notice improvements in your bladder control so quickly
The PelvicToner programme uses traditional pelvic floor or Kegel exercises, following the principles set out by Dr Arnold Kegel, the founder of pelvic floor exercise, and takes just 5 to 10 minutes each day. Dr Kegel's exercise programme achieved an 85% cure rate in just a few weeks, and you will see the same level of result and success! It is suitable for women of all ages, and is a simple way to ensure that your squeeze and release exercises are done properly.
The PelvicToner is a progressive resistance exerciser which means as your muscles strengthen you can increase the resistance to make it harder to squeeze to achieve even better results.
Add the Stronger Spring set to make your pelvic toner even more effective!
The PelvicToner is available to buy by itself, with the additional spring set, or with the additional spring set and KE Gel. Full, easy to follow instructions are provided with every PelvicToner, meaning you can get to work strengthening your pelvic floor muscles straight away.
The additional spring set is great for when you feel your vaginal muscles have become too strong for the first set of springs. To squeeze these stronger springs will require more than double the force of the original springs and therefore significantly increase the benefit of the PelvicToner for those who want to increase their vaginal muscle strength. The basic weight lifting principles apply; repetition builds muscle tone and definition, whereas weight (or force) builds strength.
Janey Lee Grace loves the Pelvic Toner!
May we also recommend the use of KE Gel, it has a special formulation designed for intimate use, and it helps to make pelvic floor exercising more comfortable too.
Kegel8's KE Gel is a simple natural lubricant that will help you use your pelvic toner effectively so you get the very best results.
KE Gel is a water based formula that supplements your body's natural moisture. It feels silky smooth and is odourless, colourless and is non-staining.Hormone free and PH Balanced for kindness to your intimate areas, KE Gel is body friendly. Balancing your PH levels ‘down there’ is really important because if PH levels are not at the optimum level of 4.5 that’s when you get infections and odour.

- This really works!! Review by Delighted
I started to feel an improvement after 2 weeks, which was much more motivating than the 3-6 months standard "Kegel" exercises are supposed to take to produce a result. The difference is that the Pelvic Toner gives you variable resistance, which is what any muscle needs to build up. Brilliant bit of design. (Posted on 15 March 2014)
- Pleased with improvement Review by Kathy R, Warminster
Good bits - easy to use, quite straightforward, about 12 mins a day, easy to rinse after use, results are quite impressive!
Bad bits - you need time away from the family - not always easy. Results, whilst good, are quite slow, it took 8 weeks of the 12 I set aside to do this to really make a noticeable impression for me.
As with anything 'pelvic floor' there is no quick fix, but I am pleased with the improvement I have made and I will continue to use it. I bought mine privately (here) but I don't think that I would have asked my Doc for a prescription for this, he didn't really have a clue and handed me an exercise sheet and booklet (from a drug company no less!)! - Not for me Review by Mutton
It was uncomfortable because of my condition perhaps, I will not try again I should have listened to my husband who said by going to the doctor I would have been able to get it on prescription. Then I would not have wasted my money.
I am sorry that the Pelvic Toner has not been suitable for you. You really do need to exercise to get your pelvic strong - exercising will stop your prolapse from getting worse, and more importantly stop you from suffering more organs prolapsing. Please call our customer care line if you would like to try an electronic machine such as one of the Kegel8 Pelvic Toners, this may be more suitable for you and we can make sure we get you a great discount. Please do not ignore this early warning sign that your pelvic floor is giving you.

- Never Review by Karina
- Wouldn't buy it again Review by Kaz
It is contraindicated for prolapse. I would recommend that you look at an electronic machine such as the Mother Nurture or Kegel8 Tight & Tone http://www.stressnomore.co.uk/kegel8-tightandtone-plus.html.
Also check out Tasha Mulligan on You Tube, she prolapsed after her baby and set about exercises to rehab her body - she is great and she will be an inspiration for you I am sure because it is such a shock.
You need to stop the prolapse from getting worse and prevent further deterioration and I think realistically the Kegel8 will give you that level of strengthening to get you strong again.
Also check out Michelle Kenway and her prolapse friendly exercises - vital that you dont put too much pressure on your PFloor with sit ups and unges etc. http://www.stressnomore.co.uk/inside-out-prolapse-exercises-book-10000.html
Hope this helps
