AND SQUEEZE...
The Sunday Times Style Magazine, 20 March 2011
Have you done your exercises down there? No? There's a device that does all the work for you, says Louise Parker, Style Magazine
There aren't many situations in which it's possible to suggest you've been stimulating your pelvic floor with a small electrical probe without sounding a bit pornographic. This, however, is what I have been doing... And it seems to be working...

The real problem is that pelvic-floor lassitude occurs at precisely the point in a woman's life when she has bigger things on her mind than sex... Sex occurs less frequently, and when it does, it's not the same; a weak pelvic floor means less sensation for both parties...Relationships lose potency in direct proportion to pelvic-floor entropy...
For this reason I'd like to impress upon women the need to do regular exercises down there... Honestly, it makes all the difference.
