The Contrelle Activgard is made from soft, moulded foam plastic which, when insertedv unfolds to give the bladder a gentle support. It's as easy to use as a tampon and cannot be felt or seen. Some women may experience a little discomfort at first but this is not unusual nor likely to be permanent.
