So we have worked hard to make the StressNoMore site accessible, informative and easy to shop from, leaving you safe in knowledge you can access products and buy online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The StressNoMore team don't like to overcomplicate things; you can trust us to guide you safely through the online shopping experience with utmost care for your privacy and security.

Here are 4 top tips that will help make your shopping experience even easier:

Home page link:
You can get back to our home page at any time by clicking on the StressNoMore logo, which appears on the top left - hand side of the screen.

Navigation bar:
Like most things in life, a little logic goes a very long way. We've thought about the shopping process logically to make it straightforward to navigate around the StressNoMore site.

All you need to do is:

• Select a department on the navigation bar. You'll find the navigation bar directly under the StressNoMore logo near the top of the screen.
• By clicking on one of these categories you will be sent to your selected page, which hopefully contains all the information you require.
• If not, then you can continue searching by revisiting the bar at the top and browsing the other relevant departments.
• The secondary navigation menu at the bottom of the screen gives you more refined options, including interesting articles and press sections, and will also point you to relevant customer service pages.

Search box:
The search box saves even more precious time, which is what we all like to hear. If you know what you're after, use the search box which is always in the centre at the top of the screen. Just type in a product or brand name, key words such as the product type, or the product code and the search should help you find the page you're after.

Your shopping basket:
Again, in the name of simplicity, we make your basket constantly visible at the top right - hand side of the screen. This means you can always keep track on the amount of items you have selected. To remind yourself what you have in your basket, you need to click on 'Your Shopping Basket'. This will then show you the name, quantity and subtotal of any product(s) you've selected to buy.

Using Search

The search box works by checking your search term against all the phrases, product titles and product codes on the StressNoMore website. This is all completed in just a matter of seconds, to give you a selection of page options that will help you find what you're looking for.

• You can search in broad terms such as 'tens', or be more precise such as tens.
• A more generic term such as 'tens' may return too many results for you to sift through; however, if you put in 'pain tens', you'll get a much more refined result to look at.
• You'll achieve the most precise results by searching for a product stock code, which you may have obtained from one of our catalogues or the StressNoMore team.

Payment Options

We want to make shopping as easy as possible for you, so offer various ways for you to pay for your order.

• We are also more than happy for you to use a combination of gift voucher and payment card to pay for your order.
• If you have one of our limited VIP or promotion codes, this can be entered at the checkout process

Pay with cash, cheque or postal order:

• We make absolutely sure that all payments are privacy protected, but we can also accept cheques, postal orders and cash payments if you feel more comfortable using one of these methods. If you have one of our limited VIP or promotion codes these can also be used.
• All you need to do is use our downloadable order form.
• To care for our own security, we do have to make sure cheques and postal orders clear in our account before any goods are dispatched.

Placing Your Order

Once you've chosen the StressNoMore items for you and added them to your basket, you can begin the checkout process either by following the 'Your Shopping Basket' link at the top right - hand corner of your screen, or proceed to checkout in the product page you are viewing.

• It's then simply a matter of going straight through the checkout and following the easy 3 - step process to pay for your goods and arrange delivery.
• Just before we take your payment details, you'll have a chance to do a final review and amend your order if required at the 'Order Summary' page.
• When you're ready to complete your order, click the 'place order now' button and wait for an online receipt. You will also be sent a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.
• To save time, if you think you may shop with us again you can opt to become a member. You will be asked to set up a password to access your account so that we can retrieve your personal details and chosen delivery address(es); but don't worry - your payment card details are not saved and need to be entered on each visit.
• If you're already a StressNoMore member, simply enter your email address and password into the first checkout page and proceed. From here, you'll find your details are automatically entered into the fields.
