It features a thumping great 21 built-in sports and muscle rehabilitation programmes and 3 custom programmes. 5 segment programmes can also be customised to meet the most demanding user. NeuroTrac Sports XL comes with four latex free electrodes to get you started, however there are four lead wires so you can connect up to eight electrode pads, so you may wish to purchase an extra pack.

I used this after as recent shoulder operation. I found that following my op I had lost consideraable muscle mass and there was little or no strength left in the remaining muscles. I used this three times daily and it really helped both with rehab and regeneration of miuscle. No quick fixes I am afraid, but I felt that I progressed faster with this and was able to progress back into training quicker than I had hoped. Compared to Compex it is very reasonable. I know everyoine raves about them, but I felt this was a more cost effective alternate (I compared the programmes and the wave and frequncy values and couldn't find a difference - only in the price). i had some recent nerve issues and suffered from muscle atrophy. decided to help restart the muscle building with ems. researched various topics so made the decision based on medical advice and research and for me was ideal, daily use, saw a good level of strength returning and since then returned to the gym to add muscle mass.Product Rating
EMS, electro muscular stimulation will not build significant muscle, for me it stumulated and reconditioned ready for resitance training.
Unit has multiple settings from recovery to stumulation to strength bulding so offers plenty of scope and is also used as part of my gym recovery plan.
Not a bad price but could always be a tad cheaper but i am happy with it, just remember this wont replace a decent workout and diet to get fit and toned... (Posted on 7 January 2013)
