A weak pelvic floor is not inevitable! Get a strong, healthy pelvic floor and become a more confident YOU in just minutes a day - you'll be amazed!

We all know we should do our pelvic floor exercises, so why don’t we? Is it because we haven’t got the time? Are we an exception to the rule and we don’t need to? A recent Kegel8 survey has in fact revealed that 50% of women in the UK don’t know how to do pelvic floor exercise.

Perhaps this is why ‘laughter leaks’ are so common amongst women and even accepted as just part of ageing or becoming a mum. You have two choices; you can ‘pad’ the problem, ignore the odd leak in public and wait for the problem to get worse; or you can take action on these early signs of pelvic floor weakness and take control with the Kegel8 Tight & Tone Plus.

How does the Kegel8 Tight & Tone Plus pelvic floor exerciser work?

It’s simple - the Kegel8 Tight & Tone Plus exercises your pelvic floor for you – targeting the right muscles, in the right way to give you a stronger pelvic floor in just 12 weeks!

The Kegel8 Tight & Tone Plus uses neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) to send electrical pulses deep into the muscles via a vaginal probe; this stimulates the muscles in your pelvic floor to contract which in-turn builds tone and strength, improves circulation to the area and reinvigorates the muscles and nerves.

Kegel8 makes pelvic floor exercises not just easy, but highly effective too; manual pelvic floor exercises (or kegels) target just 40% of the muscle group, while the Kegel8 Tight & Tone Plus can target and impressive 90%!

What does it feel like?

The Kegel8 Tight & Tone Plus has 9 pre-set programmes; these programmes have been clinically designed to target the muscles in different ways, to treat different symptoms. As a result, you’ll experience different sensations with each programme; whether it’s the gentle fluttering of a muscle relaxation programme, the tapping sensation of your muscle nerve stimulation or the contraction of a strong workout – you are always in control of the intensity with the easy-to-use controller with plus (+) and minus (-) buttons.

“I certainly feel the muscles contract and release and it is in no way painful” – Review by Keylimepie

Is the Kegel8 Tight & Tone Plus right for me?

The beauty of the Kegel8 Tight & Tone Plus is, it is right for all women; pelvic floor muscles naturally begin to weaken from around the age of 18. You don’t have to wait for the signs of pelvic floor weakness to start – bladder leaks or a sudden urge to run to the bathroom; Kegel8 Tight & Tone Plus is the perfect way to prevent these symptoms and begin strengthening your pelvic floor as part of a fit and healthy lifestyle.

I already experience leaks

We know that 1 in3 women suffer ‘laughter leaks’ but that doesn’t mean it’s just an inevitable part of life/ageing/childbirth. You’ve probably considered pads or even medication but neither of these options will treat a weak pelvic floor – they will simply mask the signs of the problem! The Kegel8 Tight & Tone Plus targets the cause of embarrassing leaks by strengthening your pelvic floor muscles for a longer-term solution.

I don’t have much feeling ‘down there’

That’s another sign your pelvic floor is weak! It could even be damaged if you’ve been through childbirth. The strength of your pelvic floor muscles relates directly to your intimate sensation and strength of your orgasms so you know what you need to do! If your pelvic floor muscles are weak, they are loose which means nothing feels the same for you… for either of you in fact! In just 12 weeks Kegel8 will strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, giving you more tone, control and sensation during intimacy – and trust us, he’ll notice the difference too!

Is it true my stubborn ‘pot belly’ could be due to weak pelvic floor muscles?

Yup! Your pelvic floor is like a hammock of muscles that reach from your pubic bone, to your coccyx. A strong, healthy pelvic floor can help maintain good posture and helps draw in that stubborn tummy. A weak, saggy pelvic floor can leave us with back ache and a bulging tum.

“One of the enormous advantages I’ve found is I have a flattened stomach and I put it all down to the product [Kegel8]” – Review by Judy

If you persevere and use it regularly it will do exactly what it says it will do! I am a different, confident woman because of it. Review by Jennyanne
Product Rating
I have been using a Kegel 8 tight and tone pelvic exerciser for over 2 years. I started using it after a very bad bout of cystitis left me with a very weak muscle control and almost constant leaking. I would leak even just walking around doing everyday things, and anything strenuous was a nightmare! Until then I only had odd leaks when I sneezed or coughed - which was only to be expected because I have given birth to four sons! I searched on-line for basic balls and other devices that could be worn internally all the time in an effort to improve my pelvic floor, but during my search I found the Kegel 8 products. I bought a couple of the simple devices but couldn't get on with them, so I decided that it was worth the cost to try the Pelvic exerciser - I had nothing to lose did I? Well, it was the best money I have EVER spent. I could tell a difference within a week of using it. I have to say that because my leaks were SO bad I did use it far more than the prescribed times, like every day, night and morning, for several weeks, but I was desperate! However it paid off because after a few weeks my continence control was unbelievably normal again, in fact it is better now than it ever was before I had the cystitis. Once I reached a very good place with the leaking all but ceased (except with the very, very occasional sneeze or exertion) I gradually dropped the usage to just every other day, and now it is probably just 2 hours a week. But don't 'rest on your laurels', keep on top of it by using it regularly! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this amazing piece of technology to any woman who suffers from stress leaking. I have tried all the probes but have found the oval shaped one suits me the best, but that is just personal to me, other ladies might find different styles of probe suit them better. Don't ever regret spending money on this device but remember it is only as good as the person using it. So use it regularly and at a strength that is comfortable and it WILL work for you. Be brave as well, don't be afraid to set it up as high as you can manage, and you will feel the workout, you will also feel the amazing results! Brilliant device, thank you Kegel. Jennyanne

Feel sure this has helped reverse my prolapse, I cannot say how relieved I am. I was petrified when I found a lump after my baby was born and the GP said that it was a prolapse. I was devastated.
I have used this religiously for 6 months, and I can't feel the lump any more, I am delighted. I will not stop using it - I daren't

Works for me Review by Sheilagh H
Product Rating
I have held off reviewing this product because it obviously takes some time to get the results. but I have now used for 6 weeks and the difference is amazing. I would highly recommend this and I wish I had bought one 5 years ago instead of suffering with smelly pads like I have been.
No more pads for me - what a relief - I will continue to use it because the results have been exceptional and I do not want to go back to adult nappies!

Dear S, thank you so much for sharing your success with Kegel8 with us as it really helps with other women.

Astounding! Buy One! Review by NewWoman
Product Rating
I never expected such a quick result. Having had serious leakage problems so bad in fact that it resulted in three operations for hysterectomy, bladder and bowel problems, I was OK for many years but I was warned that with time a prolapse could happen. Well it did and I dispaired. I thought I'd give the Kegel 8 Tight and Tone a go before having to face more operations and I'm so glad I did! Within two usages even my husband noticed the change in the shape of my lower abdomen and the bladder control has improved dramatically. I'm hoping with time my prolapse will improve although I'm sure it's better already. It's rather daunting when you first use it but the instructions are really clear and I felt confident after a few times. You have to keep it up as other reviewers have said its only as good as its user. This little machine has given me hope again. Thank you Kegel 8!! (Posted on 21 August 2016)

It's very easy to use Review by Kimmo
Product Rating
I have only been using this product for a week so I don't know if it is working but as I was prompted to give a review I can comment on how easy it is to use. And you can use it sitting watching TV, around your home or in bed. I use it in the morning and evening as it is suggested which is also convenient for me. I'm looking forward to getting the benefit and judging by other reviews, I should feel it after a few weeks.
Kegel8 Reply: Dear Kimmo, thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We hope that you carry on using your Kegel8 Tight & Tone Plus and you should begin to see the benefits soon. If there is anything we can help with, with regards to choice of programmes or using your device, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Best wishes, [email protected] (Posted on 31 January 2014)

Product Questions

I suffer from stress incontinence and have a bladder prolapse. I wish to purchase a pelvic exerciser but am not sure which one to go for. Apart fro mthe costs, what is the differences between the 3 Kegel machines you sell and which one would you recommend I purchase?
Hello I'm a 46 year old mum of 3 grown up boys, I have had a Hystorectomy and after this I have had 3 prolapes repairs and yet I'm still not right with the feeling of something coming down all the time. I have alot of scaring inside my vagin and i have been told to avoid any more surgery in the future, I don't leek urine and sex is not painful. I saw this and is it to much to hope it will help me to stop and pull everything up again.. thank you for reading this..
I have a rectal prolapse which causes seepage. Will the kegal8 help with us.
Is it worth spending the extra money for the plus version? Will I see much more benefit - I have had no children, just a weak pelvic floor and would like everything a bit tighter! What would you recommend? Many thanks
I am in my late 50s and my stress incontience has become worse since I had major abdominal surgery earlier this year. Which would be the best Kegel for me to use. I would suffer at times just getting up from a chair or even walking, let alone laughing or sneezing!
Many thanks
Hello. I have had a baby and have one currently on the way. Since I had my first baby I noticed my muscles were not even strong enough to do a pelvic floor. My muscles are so weak and I know it's only gonna get worse after baby number 2. I need something that can help after I have recovered from child birth. Will this product help me. Millie
after having three children when having sexual intercourse myself and partner can not feel it is there anything you could reccamend and is it common to feel like this.
I have recently had surgery for a bowel prolapse and find I am suffering from faecal incontinence. Would the Kegel8 Tight & Tone Plus Pelvic exerciser be suitable for this? don't have urinary incontinence. I am 70 years old.
I've never even thought about pelvic excercises before so this is all very new to me. I had a baby boy 7 months ago and have noticed a massive change down there, thing is I don't have an issue when it comes to the bladder side of things my issue is when me and my partner have sex (witch isn't very often since I've had bubba) I just don't enjoy it anymore and feel that he doesn't either. I done what u thought to be pelvic excercises until my little one was just over 3 months but noticed no change what so ever down below. It's becoming a massive burdon on me and really getting me down :( I'm only 23 so kinda dumbly expected everything to just go back to normal itself :/ I was hoping someone could give me some advice on what model would be best for me as I've spoken to a few friends an they seem very adamant that this kinda stuff is a waste of money! I'm willing to try anything that will show me some fast improvements just maybe something a little less pricey :)
Hi, I am just looking to improve my pelvic floor muscles and i am a little confused as to which device to purchase.

I occasionally have leakage when i sneeze and haven't urinated for quite a while, so overall i don't think i am too bad, but i think using the machine will only improve things?

I see that you say initially to use twice a day. unfortunately i start work at 7.00am daily and i am not home till 17.30, so i feel a morning session will be out of the question, apart from weekends. Could you please advise how i could use the device initially, could i use early evening and then later in the evening or is this not medically advised?

Please help as i would really like to improve my pelvic floor.

Many thanks in anticipation
How many times a day do I need to exercise with this to stop my looseness?
Hello. I have a Kegal 8. I brought it after having 2 daughters - aged 6 and 8, I have a problem with sneezing, cant do a star jump or go on the tramperlene...not to mention husband has started looking at things that make me sad knowing I cant satisfy him so hes looking elsewhere. Ive been refered for a vaginal wall repair operation after the exercises I was advised to do didn't work, the cones fell out...basically nothing has worked so I brought this machine to see I could make a difference in the meantime while I wait for the operation which I don't really want to have but I will to help improve our now non existant sex life :( Please could you let me know what would be a good programme to use on this machine for the tightening of vaginal walls? Should I use a combination and how often should I use it? Kind Regards, Kelly
